Stayed here one night as a stopover en route to the Grand Canyon. The room was clean and adequate, just about, the bed felt like it was stuffed with straw and the pillows were awful. It's in a good location to walk to local restaurants and the place was quiet. Breakfast was adequate, ok for a stopover but wouldn't want... More

The rooms are outdated, but overall clean. It is obvious that this hotel is used for the Lake Havasu partiers. Very quiet during our stay. They have free breakfast of belgian waffles, juice, some donuts, cereal etc... The room had a dog stay in it the black light showed some urine stains on the carpet. No shear curtains on the... More

I feel so fortunate that we found Island Suites! (Thanks other Trip Advisor folks for the recommendation!!) So nice to not be at a tired, moldy chain hotel. This was such a unique place with higher ceilings. It's obvious Island Suites is taken care of by an owner or manager who takes real pride in ownership. Without a doubt one... More

This is a nice place to stay if you just want to have a place to stay. We got our rooms for $70 a night and it had all the essentials. My brother stayed here in the past and keeps staying here so I guess it must be doing something right. I will stay again.

Our appartment was spacious with a sitting area and a small kitchen. The King size bed was fine, however the sofa bed was desperate: you could feel all the metal bedsprings in your back. Our request for an extra bed would have been charged with additional 15 USD but was in the same bad state as far as the mattress... More

We stayed at the Island Suites because of their reasonable rates and dog friendly (up to 100 lbs) policy. The suite was perfect for out needs. Large, with king bed, microwave, stove, sink, fridge, sofa bed, etc it has everything you'd need for a more extended stay. It was also VERY clean. The hotel is older but VERY well maintained.... I will never use a major chain again, why pay exorbitantly high rates and charges when you can have the comforts of a suite as if your home for lower rates and fee's. The owners and the staff go out of there way to work with you and make your stay memorable and comfortable. I travel thru Lake Havasu 6... More

Had made a reservation at a place called Hidden Palms & Condominiums. Thought it allowed dogs. It was hidden and it didn't allow dogs. Went to 3 other places when told they each allowed dogs only to find the last one 'Island Suites' did allow dogs. Got a room on 1st floor with a king size bed and a small... More
