The beds are super comfortable. Rooms are clean, good sized rooms and living room/kitchenette. Most rooms have nice balconies. We enjoyed the great food at the Martini Bay Restaurant which also offers amazing appetizers and Happy Hour from 4-6pm daily. The swimming pools are heated and there is even an awesome water slide that you mut try when you visit.

Very disappointed in this hotel. Great location but it really needs updating. Toilet sits on a slope...Showier barely has water coming out as faucets so old knob wont work so all runs into tub. Queen sofa with pullout bed should be thrown out as mattress is 1 inch thick and again slopes so bad that its not even really a bed. WIFI is not great. Elliptical in gym would only work for 3 minutes at a time and then you would have to restart. Its a shame as this could be a true 5 star spot but sadly its a 1 star at best.
London Bridge Resort has it all! We put our boat in the very well maintained marina slip for the week. On the lake every morning, Poolside and great food every afternoon. Rooms are very well equipped. Trailer parking was on site and plentiful. Walking distance to many great restaurants right at the Bridge. We’ve already booked o return trip. We are speed boat people, but we did fish and did well.
This hotel cannot do the basics of running a hotel. It took 3 trips to reception to get a set of keys that worked, riding an elevator whose emergency alarm was continually dialling out with no reply and ignored by the staff member in with me. In the bar, no draught beer (“waiting for a new system”) and no room charging (“ waiting for the IT guy”) although front desk charges your credit card $ 50 on check-in for charging privileges. There is no wine list in the restaurant but that’s ok because the server has memorised it although it turned out the Sauvignon Blanc was out of stock so a different one was brought. I ordered 1 beer and was served 2 by 2 different servers. My main course was not only wrong but served before the starter. The room safe was still locked from the previous guest and to access the outdoor bar at night you pass through a metal detector, which worked perfectly although I was not asked what I had in my pocket that set it off. Shambles! So much so that we gave up being annoyed and found it funny (we only stayed 1 night) so at $ 250 it was an expensive laugh.…
This was our first visit to London Bridge Resort and Lake Havasu. We asked for an ADA room as my husband is disabled. They gave us a nice, big one bedroom suite with full kitchen on the first floor. Very Accommodating! Great welcome at check in and all the crew was pleasant and helpful during our entire week stay. LBR could use some updating in furnishings, hooks in the bathroom would be wonderful, but all and all we really enjoyed a very relaxing time there. Would definitely recommend.
Great hotel. We overlooked the lake and it was food for the soul, very relaxing. The staff was very professional and friendly. Although close to the lake it was very quiet especially when the big boats came through. Stayed on the 3rd floor with a balcony located right outside plus access to the roof which had an overhead part plus gorgeous sunsets.
One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. First room smelled from smoke. Needed to go downstairs and get a new room The hotel is a Suite Hotel, but originally it must have not been. Reason, their is a door in the bedroom that would have opened to the hallway if it wasn’t nailed shut. The door provides no sound barrier so you hear everything in the hall. People walking, talking, yelling and doors closing. Happens all night. Bedroom bed is a full size bed to small for 2 adults. AC makes a rattling noise making it impossible to sleep. Needed to get a tv remote, more towels and toilet paper. Took 2 calls and hours for it to show up. Only good about the hotel is it is on the lake, but we planned on staying a week. Checked out after 3 days. Avoid avoid avoid.
Fantastic resort at a perfect location. Everything is here. You arrive, park, and never have to use your can until you leave. Three pools, a water slide, jacuzzi, restaurant, bar, golf course, tennis court, shops and more.
The room was smelly when we arrived, I told the desk, and they came up and sprayed air fresher. Every time we left the room and then came back, when we opened the door, the smell was there. The shower curtain was coming off the wall, the room in general was out dated, and not worth the expensive rate they get there.
