Wow, this was such a great place! When we arrived, we were met with cool face clothes and a refreshing glass of cranberry juice. We were shown to our cabin, which was so cute. It had an outdoor shower, small plunge pool, and outdoor deck with viewing sofa and desk overlooking the dry river bed. We were told that we'd... More

Had an amazing 3 night stay. Our first safari and we were not disappointed saw loads of animals, also a hyena with her three Cubs and wild dogs with nine puppies. Kim our ranger was fantastic, really friendly and knowledgable, not only about the animals but about the birds too - we didn't expect to see so many beautiful birds.... More

We stayed at jock's safari lodge for 3 nights whilst on our honeymoon. I highly recommend it. Great staff (Jacob the safari guide was great!!), food and setting. They were kind enough to arrange a private meal for two on the balcony deck which was perfect. Would love to go back.

Literally the holiday of a lifetime! We stayed here for 3 nights at Jocks and got to see all of the big 5! Our guide was the absolute best (Patrick if he is still there) and the food was out of this world! I'd give them 10 stars if I could! Sorry it's taken so long to write a review.... More

The staff and accommodations exceeded our expectations. From management, Rangers, waitstaff everyone was so nice and friendly and super accommodating. Meals were more than you could possible eat and the game drives, 3 hours twice a day were fantastic. Saw the "big 5" by our second day only and our ranger, Lazarus had incredible spotting talents. I would highly recommend... More

We have to agree with everything that has been written. Even during our transfer from the airport we saw three of the big 5 and much, much more and this set the standard for our three day stay. The large room was very comfortable with good facilities - it was rather chilly in the mornings and evenings so the outdoor shower... More

Most memorable 3 nights at this first class safari lodge with own private grounds- Saw more than 10 lions, and more . Food was abundant and truly delicious . Ranger, Patrick was very experienced. Villa was huge and we enjoyed watching the animals traversing the river bed from our outdoor daybed .

We came to the Jock for our honeymoon and we were not disappointed! We were greeted by Naomi and she made us feel so very welcome. Within a couple of hours we were out on a game drive with David. He was brilliant. We had a total of 10 drives during our stay and he remembered what we had and... More
