Great place - Margaret looked after us wonderfully. Guides are brilliant and there is a very relaxed vibe about the place. Can be quite a walk to your treehouse so take a torch for night time- you never know what you might meet along the way! Swimming pool to relax in after a long day out in the Kruger although... More

We spent 3 nights in tents at Marc's Treehouse Camp, as part of a 4 night safari with Viva Safaris (first night at Tremisana Lodge). Vanessa and her team were friendly hosts, always available to answer questions and help. As for the camp itself, we left with mixed feelings. Certainly this place is a camp, not a lodge. We stayed... Absolutely stunning place. Spent 4 nights here going off on game drives everyday. Thoroughly recommend it. Very rustic but makes you feel close to the surrounding wildlife.antelope wander through the Bush around the treehouse. Ours overlooked a water ing hole where wilder beast came to drink. Just wish we had had more time to sit on the balcony and absorb... More

I stayed 3 nights at Marc's. I was accomodated in a treehouse that had no ensuite shower and toilet (they were located outside, near the base of the tree). Since it was a bit cold and rainy, I didn't enjoy the shower (the shower is open aired, so on warm nights it can be very nice). That was the only... More

Hi there Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry that you did not like your treehouse - pity it was cold and raining. There is ALWAYS a HUGE demand for this particular treehouse as it is one of the originals - not en suite but built in a tree that survived the floods. In... More

I've spent a couple of nights at marcs treehouse and it was just amazing. The set up of the lodge is truly beautiful, everything is made out of wood and is in the middle of nature. Impalas, buffalos and monekys can easily cross your paths. my treehouse was just great, literally the only "real" protection you have is the moskito... More

A good 'value' pick in a great rural setting. The tree houses, cabins and tents really are set within nature and it is a relaxing place to be with bush sights and sounds. Standard food and accommodation that reflects the price but all clean and fine and a really committed and welcoming staff to look after you and take you... More

We stayed at Marc's Treehouse for 2 nights as part of our 4-day safari. As some people have mentioned, not all the rooms are treehouses; in fact, amongst our group of 10 only 1 person got to stay in the actual treehouse whilst the rest of us stayed in cabins. Nonetheless, the cabin was comfortable & clean, and it was... More

Nice place that suits young travellers with limited budget. People in this lodge are friendly and kind. They know their business meaning the animals and wild life. Good organization of things. People are helpful and easy to approach. We we´re here the three of us: my wife and daughter (adult) and me. We got a kottage the was not in... More

It was my first experience staying in a treehouse and where better place to stay then in Africa? Its in a wildlife reserve too and you always see bambi's wherever you go and they are super cute, especially the babies! As i was travelling on my own it was pretty scary on the first night, did find some bugs on... More

My stay at Marc's Treehouse was a pleasure!! It gives you a wonderful unique safari experience. Waking up in the middle of nature with the birds chirping is an experience I will never forget. The staff was on the ball, and I had a great time. I'd highly reccommend to any traveler.
