Under new ownership and things really have changed. The people here are driven more by arguing that they are right than trying to make things right. 4 in the afternoon and the room hasn't been made up, the reason they forgot, but much more than that. Breakfast here used to be legendary, expect cold toast and even colder eggs, sad...

My partner and I stayed here for three nights while visiting the garden route and used it as our base to see the area including Knysna, Pletts Bay and Wilderness. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed having breakfast every morning looking out over the water, as well as a walk along the beach before bed. We found the...

We stayed in room 3 and everything was perfectly placed. The room was bright and airy, decor great and there was a wonderful sea view and a patio. Bathroom a bit on the small side, but nothing to cause discomfort as shower was big. Staff were friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay there again. Breakfasts were great with...

We accidentally stayed at Mes Amis as there was a problem with a faulty geyser at the neighbouring B&B so we were very lucky that Lettie managed to fit us in for two nights while the geyser was being mended. We had a fabulous sea view from our room perched on top of the cliff looking down onto the beach....

lovely b&b in excellent location on the cliffs above wilderness beach, with a walkway down to the beach from the property. Excellent breakfasts - individually prepared, with different special each day. Service could be a bit slow, but always worth the wait. Friendly and attentive staff. Lovely location - very pleasant to just soak in the sounds of the indian...

Comfortable and well equipped. Direct access to beach and outside seating space, which was lovely. Breakfast was good but the service was poor - forgot our order on day 1 (waited 30 mins) and got wrong order on day 2. But we would recommend this place. Also eat at The Girls - get the transfer service.

Situated high above the ocean, this gem was such a reward after our road trip. The view, the beds, the friendliest personel were all excellent. The nature walks, swim in the sea and restaurants were superb!!
