Was there with family. Location is great next to the beach, executive rooms spacious and had the basics. My biggest problem was the carpets which were dirty and smelled. They need to figure out how to remove and clean them

I like it because it is close to the beach also self catering, it has enough space for family or business trips. Impala is affordable and clean. I enjoyed every minute of my stay there and I will definitely visit again soon.

They screamed and ran up and down the corridors until half past one in the morning. In the morning I spoke to the manager to arrange to store our...

Accommodation is very neat, clean and lovely considering it's surroundings. It is not the safest place for a family(with children) but double if you are driving and don't need to exit on foot. The frontline staff are not too bad but the cleaning ladies have the worst attitude. If these attitudes are fixed the flats would receive a 5* from...
