I've had lovely check-in (& quick ckeck-out) experiences and on my latest stay, Lucky at reception carried my bag upstairs since my colleague beat me to the porter. Note the hotel does not have an elevator, but does have wheelchair accessible rooms on request.
Rooms are well sized and clean. No fridge/ cooler provided in the rooms. Top/ flat bedsheets on request in line with 3-star hotels. But also no body lotion in rooms on arrival, also available on request though.
Breakfast was good in the hotel, but vegetarian options are limited. Staff here was also friendly. Ri'Stretto restuarant, a good option for dinner, is a short walk across the parking lot from the main hotel and has a wide variety of dishes and a children's play area. They also provide the room service menu at the hotel.
Also available is free wifi, free parking, fitness center and swimming pool. Close to Sandton CBD.

Great Manager! Thank you Charity! Charity went out of her way to accommodate us. She is very hands on and I rate her 11 out of 10. Reception was clean and welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant offers buffet breakfast and occasionally buffet dinner. There was no room service but there was vending machines with drinks etc. The area I felt needed serious improvement is their dinner buffet. The stews that was offered was more bone than meat. It wasn't not tasty but it made me feel that it was "budget meat" . It felt like it was the last scraps leftover in the freezer. The outside area had a lovely pool and a gym. There was ample parking outside.

This hotel offers everything in secure area, close to all amenities. Food, service, just great! Staff very accommodating, room cleans, breakfast very scrumptious. Price for family is highly affordable

Staff at front desk should not be influenced by discounts that the guest receive. I needed to stay for 5 nights I was told there was accomodation for 1 night only. Whe checking a different person on enquiring told me there was accomodation. What a shame I had to cart my sick wife to Mill Park Gargen Court.

I arranged an early check in as had just got off an overseas flight and my room was ready. I often have to do this and always have push back or I am treated as if they are doing me a big favour and it is an inconvenience but not at this hotel, the staff were so lovely and so helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and have absolutely no complaints. Breakfast was plentiful and well cooked with lots of variety. A restaurant is within the boundaries of the hotel so you can walk over from the hotel and it is very safe to do so as you are within the security of the hotel. There is a free shuttle service and the driver was very helpful and we were well looked after. Well done to the management at this hotel as the staff have obviously been excellently trained which sadly is lacking in the majority of hotels these days.

Excellent service. Friendly staff. Warm hospitality every needs met. Convenient and excellent location. Close to shopping malls. Situated in a quiet area no hustle and bustle. Great relaxation at the pool and Halaal breakfast was provided. Reception staff particularly a lady that stood out for me Ms. Nosicelo she was extremely helpful and very courteous not often you get this kind of reception at front desks. Needs new arconditioners. Very noise. Pillows not not. No sheets on the bed, just the duvet cover. While having breakast, the hotel staff come and seat to eat with us... very unprofessional. Not a good hotel at all.

Value for money especially for families with kids. Enjoyable breakfast around friendly, welcoming staff. Close to main road for easy access. Secure environment with in property restaurant with kids play gym facilities including pool and gym for adults.

It’s a pity management aren’t forced to try to sleep in their own rooms. Aircon droned all night at 75 decibels (measured in the room). Could hear other throughout the night from down the passage. I had 2 colleagues in other rooms on different floors with exactly the same problem. If you want a place to sleep find somewhere else. Carpets are filthy. Rooms small and old.

Good Morning, yes the restaurant is open to the public. It is called Ri'Stretto, if you would like to look at their website. They have two levels, and the upstairs area would be ideal for a meeting over coffee and cake. Have a wonderful day. Liz

The restaurant is called Ri'Stretto Morningside if you would like to goole it and have a look at the pictures of the outside playing area.
The main facility is an extensive outside playing area, they also do kids pizza's where you can sit by the pizza area and create your own pizza.

We have a complimentary shuttle from our hotel to Sandton City a beautiful mall with lots to do for your son. Opposite the mall is Mandela Square with more to see and many restaurants. The shuttle operates from our hotel and will collect you from Sandton when you call the hotel for a collection. We look forward to welcoming you at Garden Court Morningside.

Yes, there is wi-fi about 350Mb per day after that you will automatic be off the internet.
The daily plan is given during check in with your room card key and you may regist 1 to 3 devices and manage your daily 350 Mb accordingly to each one.
