The rooms are average, some of the staff are helpful, but the wifi was poor and expensive. Most disappointing was the fact that I was not able to enter the guesthouse. We were told that we could enter the Guesthouse whenever we wanted, so when we decided to go out for dinner on Saturday the 4th of March, we were...

If this guesthouse was rated 3 Stars one would have realistic expectations. It's not a 5 Star guesthouse. Some rooms have TVs that work, others don't. Some have microwaves, others not. There's no free wifi. The water was lukewarm, but after pointing this out, it improved. The shower heads/ pressure needs attention. However, the beds and linen are great. The...

We booked this accommodation as it was closest to where we wanted to be. It turned out to be fantastic with the staff very perceptive to our needs and very accommodating. The location is great and is within walking distance to a small mall that has good food options. They are very tight with security and lock the gates during the...

This Guesthouse is marketed as 5 star accommodation. It is far from it. While the place is very nice, the service is poor, and not what one would expect from 5 star accommodation. I will not recommend this guesthouse to anyone.

Let me preface this by saying that I hate guesthouses. I was booked here by my company for a business trip, so was not my choice. On the positive side: - Room was very nicely decorated and big - Bed was very comfortable - Staff were friendly and helpful - Area is nice and the guesthouse is well located On...

The room was spacious and the complex very well decorated. Maybe too much rules. The staff was helpful and friendly. Unfortunately the service was not up to standard with the doorbell not being answered while standing in the rain, the room not being prepared for 2 people, the bathroom linen completely worn out, a chipped coffee cup and coffee being...

I stayed at Jeanjean for over 8 weeks and was completed doted on; from assistance to my office, tourist sites to being taken care off when ill. Breakfast was always lovely (I especially miss the fresh muffins) and Shane and Connie were exceptionally helpful (sorry for the late nights Shane< :)).
