A combi-trip of 4 days business and the weekend inbetween in a great sporting event, you chose well to get out of JoBurg city center, avoid Sandton and Rosebank, look North to Montecasino but dont pay their inflated gambler prices. Eagle's Nest did the trick for me. No frills and whistles. Thanks for the family athmosphere.

I stayed in room 14 at Eagles Nest Lodge for 2 nights in the beginning of August 2016. I was there for business and so I arrived quite late and then departed quite late too, and on both occasions, the owner and manager was really sweet to deal with and nothing was an issue, which I really appreciated. The breakfast...

Wanting to try out a different venue for our yearly 2 day conference, I decided to book at Eagle's nest. Not the best decision. The welcome was friendly, but that was where it ended. The equipment was not working, which delayed our programme by nearly 2 hours, that of course impacted our tea and lunch schedules. When I asked the...

Having stayed at Eagles Nest for the past 10 years whenever I could for my Johannesburg visits I have watched it grow under the very competent management of Helen and her team from a mere B&B to the conference centre it is now. The rooms have multiplied without the service being diluted. I stayed in No. 14 which is on...

Management and staff is friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Some rooms however are situated just next to a highway and therefore very noisy. The rooms do need TLC. Breakfast is acceptable but I do recommend more healthy nutritious food like health bread or non sweat end yoghourt. The price for the accommodation should verify these suggestions.

I've probably stayed a 100 days over the last 7 years at this hotel... and have always enjoyed the stay.. Rooms are clean, the owner Helen, is a wonderful person, so you get individual attention. The location is very close to Monte casino, short distance from Fourways, and Safe ( an important concern in SA), so if you want a...

I stayed in the set of room right next to the main road and the traffic noise was excessive. The room layout was great and the bed was comfortable. A large king size bed was in the room and it was good. The tea - coffee station was just that. A tray with legs and a kettle and cups was...

With spacious en-suite clean rooms, this is the perfect place to unpack, whether on business or holiday. Centrally situated at Fourways, you are within easy travelling distance from Sandton, OR Tambo Airport and even Pretoria. With a hearty English breakfast included in the package, good and friendly service, this is a good choice for your next stay in this area.

We went to this Guest House because the one we usually use was unavailable for this weekend. The welcoming was pleasant and friendly; initial impressions were good. It's location is very good, near a lot of shopping malls, the highway and Montecasino. The mattresses were amazing so we were able to have a good night's sleep. It would have been...

The rooms are comfortable. The location in Fourways is good. The breakfast is fine. But it's really really noisy if you have a street-facing room. I hardly slept at all. Perhaps the rooms on the ground floor are quieter than those on the 1st floor. So bring some earplugs, or make sure you are a really sound sleeper.
