Very good family run B&B. Room was tidy and clean and we had everything we needed in the room from DSTV (cable tv), coffee and tea, rusks, etc. We stayed in winter and the heater and electrical blankets defnitley came in handy. Amazing hospitality, great home cooked South African breakfasts, Lovely comfortable accommodation. Best few days away from the rat race and absolutely worth another trip up to JHB from little KZN. Another very comfortable stay of 3 days staying in the cottage at the bottom of the garden. A very quiet location without the noise from cars and traffic at night. Great hospitality from Delia who ensured our stay was comfortable - good breakfast also and we will definitely be back

Rutland House is situated in a quite area of JHB with easy access to Sandton, Rosebank and beyond. The rooms are spacious and clean, the breakfast is great and so is the price. Value for money and I would go again. Delia the host goes out of her way to ensure your needs are met.

Another great two night stay at Rutland House. Perfect location with easy access to a selection of restaurants, Hyde Park Corner and Rosebank Mall. Excellent breakfasts plus Delia's warm hospitality - love staying here when I'm in Johannesburg - thank you!
