This guesthouse close to the University of the Free State is absolutely good value for money. The staff is courteous and helpful, and breakfast is lovely. I doubt there are many other places that one can get this quality of hospitality at a similar price. Would definitely recommend this for travelers on a tight budget.

We have been to some other guest houses in Bloemfontein, and were happy with each of them. this one was not good, albeit the most expensive of the lot! The reception was very friendly, but the room disappointing! For the price, I expected more. It was clearly converted from older buildings, and it shows. We stayed in the Bet-El room....

The reception was excellent. I required a date change and even during peak season, the reception made the change. Prior to arrival I received a call confirming my time of arrival and that the room would be ready timeously. On arrival the reception was very warm and hospitable and we were shown to our room which had a terrible little...

My husband and I have been at this guesthouse before while travelling with our family while moving house down to the coast. Recently while having family visit us, we suggested they sleep over at the same guesthouse to avoid a long and tiring trip. To their dismay, when phoning to confirm the booking - the booking was never made. Disappointed...

We stayed over on our way to Knysna. The rooms are clean but needs an upgrade. We stayed in room close to reception. Alot of noise making sleeping difficult. Breakfast was great but place needs an all round cleaning. Sweeping verandas etc seems to not be a priority. Staff very friendly though.

Driving from Cape Town to JHB use Die Rusplek as a stopover. Room was clean comfortable and well priced. Off road secure parking available. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shopping center nearby with both groceries and pizas available. Would use again, and can recommend as a good family stopover.
