We stayed 3 nights while visiting this area. Our room was fine - no complaints with the size or comfort of the room. However, when checking out I encountered a problem with our bill. They had overcharged us $200, but when I showed the clerk my confirmed reservation with the lower total, she did make an adjustment and offered an...

we stayed at the hotel for 2 nights, and really have no complaints. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was close to the areas we wanted to visit. The restaurant was rather over priced, but there is a small café across the street if you need a quick bite, as well as the usual fast food....

The hotel is pretty dated, but was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. For the size of the rooms, they could easily accommodate queen sized beds - the double beds were very small. Compared to the price of accommodation in this area, it was reasonable and very well located for exploring Monument Valley.

We had good service at this hotel-- the pillows were a bit hard for my taste. 🙂reasonable priced rooms compared to others in the area. I would revoke booking as far in advance as you can in the summer/autumn.

We had 3 rooms reserved but needed a 4th one and were lucky to get one. Judging from the outside this hotel would not have been my choice....it looked kind of dark and gloomy. However all the rooms were totally remodeled and very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The restaurant was another story. We waited nearly 45 minutes just...

We stayed there for two nights while exploring Monument Valley. It is very clean and nice and the people are very friendly. The breakfast is not included but there is a restaurant on site and the food is excellent. We ate breakfasts two mornings and dinner one night. Summer was our server and she saw us both mornings. I mailed...

The Good: Great location for visiting area attractions including Canyon de Chelley, Monument Valley, the Navajo National Monument & other Anasazi Cliff Dwellings. Service in the restaurant was very good. The rooms & the grounds were very clean. The Bad: Overpriced for what you get. No individual heating/air conditioning controls in each room. Temperature is controlled centrally by the motel...

Nice enough motel, good location between GC and MV. Situated on motorway, across from a business park with a range of restaurants, shops and a cinema. Rooms are nice and comfortable , view over hills in distance. There is a pool but not in use that time of year. Restaurant with good service and some local specialities. It's better than...

Website showed lovely rooms with lovely views. Due to us having a pet we were stuck in the room without a view. Asked to be moved but they refused even though only 3 rooms were rented that night. Stay away!! $227 and $50 non- refundable pet deposit. Signs all around the property stating "no dogs allowed to be walked on...

Very nice well appointed room. Clean, quiet and comfy bed. The only things that would improve this is a fridge!!! I can't believe there isn't one. The staff was incredible!!! So kind. So friendly and helpful.
