Excellent hotel offering super clean modern rooms at value for money pricing. Even though the Hotel is centrally located on a fairly busy road, the rooms, situated at the back of the hotel are exceptionally quiet and peaceful.

My room and linnen had a musty smell. Bed was not freshly made - looks like somebody sat on the bed? Poor quality door without any acoustic treatment - loud music; people walking down the passage and phones ringing. Smallest TV in the room you can probably find. Poor light fittings. Bare basics in the room. No aircon - only...

Dear Nico558 Thank you for your feedback and constructive criticism. We apologise for the noise from the other guests that you experienced - unfortunately it is one of those factors that is hard to control. We are working through each room and gradually upgrading all of the TV''s. We will look into the musty smell of the linen and bedding....

The best part was the exterior and interior decor which is very appealing, the staff as well are friendly and helpful, the location is central and situated near the shopping malls and the beach. Rooms are quite small though, no network in some areas where rooms are and breakfast area maybe needs more ventilation. Nice for midweek business trip.

Modern, clean and comfortable room and overall state of the facility. The location is great in terms of security, quietness and quick access to PE CBD where we needed to be. We didnt have much contact with staff besides the check in session but that was friendly. For the price tag, it could do with some more bells and whistles...

It is a good spot to go sleep. All the basics are there and it is central enough to get where you need to be. The room late out is good for a single person, but privacy in the bathroom might annoy people sharing. It served it purpose.

Firstly I called the hub. And I was told that there is no accomodation for the night as we were traveling from plett and exhausted we were desperate for a good night's rest. So I saw on booking.com that there was accomodation available and I booked. For breakfast we gave our order and waited over 30min for our order as...

We booked late as, due to the Ironmnan race in town, there was nothing available in in the Summerstrand area. The hotel staff were very accommodating with our changing plans around the race which was a huge bonus and, despite being full, they moved a few things around to allow us to stay for the full five nights. They also...
