How weird that no-one has reviewed this place for over 6 months. A small family run B and B except that the second B is no longer offered on site. but the rooms have little kitchenettes so if the off-site optional offer is not taken, a continental breakfast can easily be rustled up yourself, and enjoyed on the room veranda overlooking the bay. What's not to like? Mike and Rene are taking it a little easier and their family are helping a little more but the tremendous warm family welcome is undiminished. The guests in the three rooms had been here for a total of about eight times! Everyone is coming back and it is not hard to see why. Yes, the rooms may need a very small amount of TLC but are fairly priced and the atmosphere and feeling of sharing someone's home comes free of charge. We'll not be looking to stay anywhere else in Plett.

Room Tip: The room on stilts above the car port is more spacious but if more expensive then still good value

The rooms are very good and cozy, the view is great, the price is fair, but the best thing about the place are the hosts! Mike was so nice with us! Thanks to his tips we enjoyed many nice places around Plettenberg Bay! Strongly reccomend it to everyone!

Very reasonably priced with potentially a lovely view of the bay when not misty. Both the rooms booked had interleading doors into the main house which detracted from the feeling of total privacy and neither had guest soap or shampoo which was possibly an oversight. Limited television which was not a problem for us. This being said both rooms were comfortable and clean and our short visit was most enjoyable. Overall clean and tidy with neat kitchenettes to allow a bit of self catering. Given the reasonable rates this is recommended as long as you have access to transport. The town is a few kilometres away. We would happily stay again.

Very friendly family run B&B. Lovely stay and great location, only a short ride in the car from the local restaurants, several attractions, beach and Robberg Nature Reserve. Got a free upgrade due to quiet season. Much larger room, with a great view for watching the sunrise and sunset. Clean but a little tired throughout, particularly the bathroom.
