I enjoyed my stay at this Guesthouse. Went here for the Grahamstown festival. Went here twice. First time i had a good room. Second time the room was less than the first time. So i was dissapionted. This was not appreciated which is understandable but not very sensitive to the needs of the customer. Maybe I was just the exception.

finally a PET FRIENDLY place in RSA! so few allow you travel with your pet. Good accommodation, comfortable with no fuss. Perfectly quiet, in a residential area with pool and greenery. Fine welcome - If price for 1 is fine, it seems amazing they charge double for 2 persons in same room.... To be checked. No breakfast.

I was recently on business in Grahamstown and needed a quiet and comfortable retreat. Kaisers was comfortable, well equipped and the sparkling pool was a definite bonus. Host Rodger was more than helpful and considerate. I recommend Kaisers highly. - Diane Jackman

So I was going to Grahamstown to do some work for a few days and I needed somewhere to stay. I contacted the Grahamstown Hospitality network and Rodger Kaiser responded, and provided me with accommodation. I have fairly specific needs, a I travel with a lot of expensive TV equipment and it needs to be loaded/unloaded unless I have accommodation... More

Very good set-up: clean, comfortable bedding, practical set-up with parking inside the property. A very helpful and friendly owner, who made effort to ensure that my stay was comfortable, and accommodated needs as they arose. DstTv, hot showers, clean towels daily, microwave, kettle, fridge and room service. Well within walking distance from much of the town. Quiet, easy to get... More

The self catering room was dirty. The curtains was dusty with build on dirty stuck to it. Microwave needed some cleaning as well. When I called to make a booking the Gentleman gave one price when we arrived there it was another price. Not a clean place at all.

I stayed for a couple of nights self catering here in Spring. The location was very quiet with off street parking in front of the accomodation which is at the back of the main property. I would say that you would need a car as it is a walk to the centre of town but perfect for visiting the schools... More
