The hotel is located in a less than desirable area in town - lots of noise coming from the streets at night,. No airconditioner, very old TVs, very small room, hardy any rooms are sea facing The lift is old, and uses a spring loaded door, with a trellidor type gate that makes it very hard to get in and...

Our room faced what seemed to be a shebeen. People were loud and singing all night long. A full on fight broke out between some drunk people in the flats opposite our room which was very disturbing. Rooms were small with no air-con. No room fridge.

I booked online and on arrival at the hotel i was saddened by the evident wear of the hotel. Though clean it was a far cry from what i expected. The area outside the hotel did not make me feel safe at all and though early in the evening it was busy with pedestrians and cars, i requested a higher...

1. On arrival i was overwhelmed by the bad smell of the carpet, surely you can invest in some air fresheners or diffusers. 2.The bed linen was dirty and stained and had to sleep on top of my own towel. 3. It was an inconvinience that one has to go outside to the common ironing room, surely you can invest...

Old rooms setup and old TV's.The place could use some renovations in the rooms' setup and bathrooms. It's really not worth the money one has to pay, even the Delux rooms are not so delux compared to other Premier Hotels in the Country.

Exceptional staff in an otherwise very average environment. Although fairly clean, the suite had dirty marks on the walls and carpets and was quite plain. The suite had a television set from the 80's, not that this was important to my trip but it is not fun for a family at leisure. The fridge stands on the carpet and was...

The hotel is located in close proximity to the beach, which is very convenient. The staff was very friendly and the overall service was great. The room was a bit small but good enough if you won't be in doors for too long.

Booked a standard room and out of courtesy I was offered a deluxe room thus felt royal. The hotel is very clean. The service is quite good and there is total security. The hotel is even closer to the beach and one can walk around any time of day...

The place wasn't professional firstly, they gave us a phone that didn't work and even when we walked down to reception to give this complaint, they didn't rectify this. Every time we had a problem or question, we had to walk up and down the stairs to reception because the lift didn't even work. The fan in our room didn't...

Reasonable cost of accommodation. Please work on family rooms. Some separation could go a long way between beds when you got kids accompanying parents. So far the booking was very quick, I was impressed with this. Good value for money.
