We spent one night at the hotel. The beds were comfortable and the room had all of the modern amenities. The only thing that I can think was lacking was a small refrigerator and that wasn't even a big deal. The hotel was clean and provided Beekman toiletries, if you forgot any. As far as the haunted side of it we had no crazy experiences while we were there. It is purported to be haunted but I didn't experience anything paranormal. But that's not saying their aren't things here. The Asylum restaurant was good. My husband had rack of lamb and I had a steak. It was very tasty and expensive. For two meals, two desserts and a $26 bottle of champagne our bill, without tax, came to $186 and change. Our waiter was excellent! Overall we had a pleasant experience and would stay here again if the opportunity presented itself.

Our one night stay the the Jerome Grand Hotel did not disappoint. The setting and scenery are breathtaking! The rooms are decorated in period furnishings which adds to the quaintness of the hotel. Our dinner at the Asylum Restaurant watching the sunset was a highlight. The food was great as well. I highly recommend staying and eating here!

My friends and I had an amazing time. The hotel is on a steep hill but is easily walkable to the town to go shopping or eating. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We definitely plan on going back, 2 nights was not long enough! Only downside is the parking isn't the greatest so once you park you should leave your car and walk everywhere. Beautiful town beautiful room.

We decided to escape for a weekend with a trip to the Grand Canyon and a stop in Jerome. Cute little town on the side of a hill. LOTS of wine tasting options. We booked a 3rd floor balcony room for the night. It was fun. Antiques scattered throughout. Many of the guests where 'ghost chasers' which added an eclectic component to the stay. Old fashion elevator where you have to close the doors. Incredible views from the room and balcony. Simple but comfortable accommodations. Nice morning coffee set up. Helpful staff.
