Our family of four drove here directly from the Las Vegas Airport, which was a little over three hours. We stayed two nights. The Inn has a lot of character. The main building is decorated with Western and Native American art and artifacts. There is a large gift shop, small convenience store, bakery (with fantastic cookies), and a restaurant. There... We stopped here for one night on route from Monument Valley to Bryce Canyon. It's a lovely family run Inn and the staff are very helpful and friendly and clearly proud of the place. It's not luxury but it's clean and comfortable with great food. The only thing we didn't like was the separate menu and the food we wanted... More

In route to the Grand Canyon from Page came to this junction and noticed the Inn. Inquired inside and got a room for the night. Basically, a single room in a single cabin at the edge of the woods. Nice quite night with fresh mountain air. In the morning a nice solitary view of the greenery.

We stayed here because there weren't any other options. It's pretty rustic. And not cheap. The restaurant was especially disappointing. The service was terrible and the wait staff stood around talking to each other while people are waiting for their food and to have their orders taken. Then, once we did eat the cold food, it took a long time... More

This Inn is a family-run business with lodging, dining, souvenirs, clothing, Native American crafts, bakery items and more. It is located right next to the Kaibab Visitors Center, 41 miles north of the Grand Canyon North Rim National Park. We ate lunch here on our way back to Las Vegas after visiting Grand Canyon North Rim. There is an old... More

Thank you for your review. I am so glad you enjoyed the vegetarian burger, which is not only vegan, but gluten free when served on our gluten free bun or on a large lettuce leaf. The beef and barley soup is my favorite. Our soups are made from stock which simmers every day, providing a rich base for every soup... More

All of the lodging at the North Rim was booked, so my boyfriend and I decided to stay in a cabin at Jacob Lake. We stayed in 31A, which had a shared wall with 31. The space is very small, but they managed to fit a lot in. There is no microwave, mini fridge, or coffee maker, but we didn't... More

Thank you for your response. I am glad you had a nice stay in cabin 31A, which is one of the smallest of the admittedly small cabins. In the bathroom the floor is about 15 inches above ground level, so it would take a very tall person to see in. Thank you for your remarks about the staff. They are... More

As the North rim lodge was too expensive for us, we choosed to stay in Jacob lake inn. It was a very nice drive from Jacob lake to the North rim and it isn't too far away. Regarding the Reviews we choosed to book a Hotel room. The decision was good, as the little cabins looked very old from the... More

Thank you for your review. We are glad you found your accommodation clean and spacious, and that you enjoyed your experience eating in the restaurant. I hope you were able to find something in the gift shop to help you remember this beautiful area. And I am so glad you liked the cookies!! More

My wife and son and I stayed here to visit the North Rim of the Grand Canyon since we couldn't reserve a cabin in the national park. Jacobs Lake Inn is the closest accommodation outside the park, a roughly 45 minute drive through beautiful country. The Inn is primarily made up of freestanding cabins, although I understand there are more... More

Thank you for your review. It is distressing to hear that your stay with us was disappointing. The cabin you speak of is, as described in our website and per phone call with reservation assistants, rustic and old. We know and do not attempt to say that the cabins are modern. Most of them were built in the 1930s and... More

This was our first time staying at the Jacob Lake Inn. We stayed in the Inn. They do have cabins to stay at. The Inn was clean, wifi, and A/C. The rooms have ample space. Plenty of room for the three of us in one room with two queen beds. Highly recommend. Convenient location for the Grand Canyon North Rim.... More
