Not only was the room quiet, but the lobby provided an evening social. The continental breakfast was a bit on the sparse side, but OK. The staff was always very polite and helpful. This is my second stay here, and I would return if in the area.

I like Residence Inns and this one is of very good quality, but the reach of their in-house WiFi is simply terrible. Our room, on the top (3rd) floor, at the end of one of the halls barely got any WiFi, even to connect our phones. It seems like they need a better router to reach their guests.

We stayed five nights in March 2017 on Marriott points, so I can't speak to the relative value because rates vary. However, I can say that it was a great as a headquarters for spring training. An easy 10-to-15-minute drive to Goodyear Ballpark and Tribe/Reds player development complexes, and convenient to I-10 for the cross-town drive to games in Mesa...

This Marriott property was a nice choice for this couple's week at spring training. Convenient location, beautiful setting on a golf course, easy check in and friendly staff. It took a few days to get used to the slow, jerky, creaky elevator. The room was a suite. When you walked in, it had a living room with L shaped couch...

Our friends recommended this location as it was to be nearby the things we wanted to do. Pro's - staff, rooms, room amenities, location, activities, breakfast. Con's - inflated pricing due to spring training takes advantage of people. If half the rate is good enough the other 11 months why is it necessary to gouge mostly seniors and young families...

We usually stay here or near by in the way to CA. The Marriott Residence Inn's are always a nice stay. Usually clean, very comfortable with large rooms and a kitchen. Breakfast is usually the same but good and quick.

The staff was very helpful and efficient. The hotel is very nice, though the hallway carpets could use a little cleaning. They only have some light food Monday thru Wednesday evenings and it would have been nice if it were offered every evening. The location is great with many good restaurants of all types close by. Wifi worked very well.

I was a little concerned when I saw how many teenagers were staying at the hotel (and that my room was right next to a full game on the basketball court)... but I gave it time and the game finished by 11p with no further disturbance. Didn't stay long enough to fully enjoy the amenities, but the room was clean...

The Residence was recommended to me by a colleague. It has basically what you need for an extended stay. I was only there for three nights but I can tell the rooms offer flexibility for guests. I had one of the two bedroom units, which was certainly more than I needed, but it had a fireplace, a full kitchen and...

My family and friends stay at two bedrooms suite for two suites. We had a wonderful and relax stay here. Comfortable mattress and functional yet clean bathroom. Wide living space with table and kitchen that come with full equipped tools for vacation needed. Like being at home. Added with more healthy facilities you can rest and enjoy. Helpful staff. Parking...
