this is a very large clean rv park.Close to many amenities I would stay here again. close to interstate 10. Heavy construction right now made a little confusing to get around there. Water pressure was good here hook ups easy pull through's are great.. We stayed in a 42 foot fifth wheel and had no issues. We have five slides....

Nice 55+ Rv park Level , no trees / shade lots. Small 4 hole golf course ... we had a problem with water during our stay . . Not the resorts fault as the city broke a water line ... but we had no showers and laundry for a few days . Everyone was very friendly

We stayed at Cotton Lane Rv for 16 days and had a great time. People were super friendly. The lots are the biggest we have stayed in and everything was clean and well kept. They have lots of activities that we will have time to next year See you next year for two months😎😎

We bought a modular home in Cotton Lane RV resort three years ago. We enjoy the people that live and visit here. It isn't the perfect place for some people but we spend six months of the Winter in sunny Goodyear.

Read all the negative reviews. Maybe not as attractive as other RV parks but it was nice and clean and we enjoyed the pitch and putt golf course. We will stay here again. Not sure why the office told us they could not accommodate our friends and us having our RV's next to one another. Supposedly they were booked up...

After reading some of the reviews we were a little leery about staying here. We stayed for two weeks March 18th - 31, 2016. All I can say is that this is a great place to stay. Full hook ups with no problems. Big wide spaces with plenty of room for guest parking. Everyone we met was very friendly. Definitely...

Been coming here for five years, and this is one of our best years. The office management has changed and has turned the park atmosphere around. Met life long friends here and will continue to come to this park. The lots here are double the space then any other park.

We've spent 5 nights at the Cotton Lane RV Park. Beautiful park, close in to shopping. Good area for walking along the canal. Lots of songbirds, a pair of burrowing owls, cormorants, geese, roadrunners. The park is clean and well-run, the people friendly. There's a great pool and hot tub and exercise area. It takes Good Sam and other discounts....

Do not stay here unless you like parking in the Gobi Desert. There is nothing good to say about this place. However, since no one stays here we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. Wifi is not free but it works good. Laundry room is clean. No shade on any of the rv spaces.

I'm surprised some reviewers thought this place was attractive. We had a terrible experience as the power went off and the management wouldn't make any price adjustment after we had already paid. Picture a large, ugly gravel parking lot with no vegetation but has hookups.
