We stayed one night only to be relatively close to the stadium for a Thursday night football game. Easy, cheap bus ride to stadium and a $20 taxi ride back. Everything was great. Breakfast was relish and generous. The ac was loud but I always have earplugs with me. Would

I was here for a Daughters of the American Revolution meeting. I was really impressed with the food and service. We were served four courses beginning with fruit. Next was an individual quiche that was served cold. Would have been better if they chose to serve it warm, but it

I was thinking that this would be a nice retreat for my wife and myself. I was wrong. I had written to cancel and even though it was more than a month in advance of the reservation they charged full price for the room. I called and left a message a few days later when I noticed

How was the noise at night?
We have quiet time after 11pm. The adjoining Wine & Beer bar closes at that time also on Friday & Saturday and Sunday's at 9:30 rest of the week 10pm. So usually very quit especially after 11pm but most of the time quit and tranquil. Not sure regarding elevator noise since it only runs when someone calls it. That doesn't happen often either. The Queenanne and Statesman is probably the most quit.

Hello All King size suites plus the Parlor which has 2 queen size beds are upstairs. The only suite that has a refrigerator is the Honeymoon suite which faces the North. Honeymoon & Presidential face the North and front of the building. The Statesman is the quietest room and faces the back of the building along with the Queen Anne and the Gentleman's parlor all face the back or South. $50 deposit is required at booking & is refundable up until 5 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel during the 5 days you would lose your deposit if you cancel on your day of arrival your full reservation would be due. Hope this answers all your questions. Have a great stay! Teresa
