I was scheduled for surgery at Mayo and wanted someplace nice to recover HUGE MISTAKE!!! Look at pics on website..only bedroom pics. There is a reason! Look at my actual pics! This is supposed to be upscale!? Let's start with the door (all the rooms are like this) Stains on carpet, FORMICA counters that are chipped, the refrigerator looks and works like a garage sale find, drawer missing in cabinet, seals on windows broken so it's super hot with a warning not to turn the ac too low or it will freeze over! How on earth it has the rating it does is beyond me. Then on top of that I asked for another room and I was told they are all the same So I left and went to another hotel .

What a special place to be able to escape to. The views of the desert landscape are unbelievable. Who knew such a treasure was tucked behind The Eagle Mountain Golf Course? The Inn is located right above the 18th hole and provides a very intimate setting. As a traveler with so many fears surrounding COVID-19, the onsite staff did an impeccable job of creating a safe environment for myself and my family. They require masks in the lobby and have safety shields between the front desk personnel and guests. In addition, their staff was masked, even while outside. The rooms were not only spotless but provided enough space for my family to stretch out and relax. I am so thankful that I was able to recharge my energy at The Inn at Eagle Mountain. I will most definitely be back!

A good hotel, in a very nice neighborhood, excellent views. The hotel room were very clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating. We used the pool and hot tub they were a little small but still very nice. I would recommend staying here.

Definitely could use an update. Although relaxing and quiet, the rooms are very outdated. Stained carpet floors. Very loud AC. Garbage spilling over at public cans. The pool is perfect, warm and clean. Most often we were the only people in it. Great view of the landscape from our balcony. We love Fountain Hills! Beautiful area with easy access to MTB trails.

This resort is in a high end area with a lot of excellent golf around it (including Eagle Mountain). Room was very nice relative to the price. Some other reviewers had said that there is not much around this resort, but there is a grocery store next door and plenty of restaurants in Fountain Hills (about 5 miles away) That said, there is no dining within walking distance other than the resort's restaurant.

We stayed here for our 20th anniversary. The cost was high, almost $300 per night. Based on the great photos, we booked 6 nights. The place was sold out so no other rooms available. Our room had filthy stained carpet and dirty windows. Why have a view when the windows are dirty. It was windy and there was a loud whistling sound all night. We found that the front door only had weather stripping on one side of the door frame which allowed noise and wind to enter the room. The door slamming from other units was louder as well due to the unsealed door frame. We are disappointed with the room and the high cost. No housekeeping was done all six nights. We had to haul out our trash in bags. Will not recommend.

I was unfortunately very disappointed in the very old condition and lack of amenities. Stairs only to the second floor units. Interior appears to have not been updated in 30 years. Watch your charge amount. I was billed more than a friend for same type of room.

The end at Eagle mountain is located in beautiful fountain Hills. The sunrises and sunsets are gorgeous and the surroundings are peaceful and exquisite. However that in itself is a little rough around the edges for the price that you pay. There is absolutely no help with luggage, and the area is quite hilly so if you have heavy bags you’re on your own. Separately the hairdryer in my room did not work. Third there is no place for breakfast or lunch without walking quite a distance again uphill. This is a place for young couples or DIY. We ended up leaving early, it was just too difficult with a young child to run around getting food. Also the refrigerator in the room was set so that everything froze when we did put something in them. When I tried to adjust it it just simply went off.I’m sorry I didn’t have a chance to try the dinner restaurant — it did look lovely. Great for couples but would not recommend for family unless children are older and fairly independent

Let me preface with we live in an apartment in a loud area so this quiet stay with a room with a (gas) fireplace was a luxury. We didn't use the soaker tub because we had the outdoor hot tub to ourselves both nights during our stay. Overall, we thought the room and property was nice.

My husband and I recently stayed the night at this hotel to celebrate my birthday and our 3-year wedding anniversary. We picked it because we love the Fountain Hills area and the lovely fireplace and deep bathtub were intriguing. The pictures were definitely deceiving. A 3.5 star hotel should have some basic standards. This one did not. The following are a few tidbits that hopefully the hotel will take to heart: - The shower water pressure SUCKED. It felt like taking a shower in misters on an outdoor patio. - There weren’t any black out curtains on one of the windows (see attached). One of the most amazing things about hotel rooms is the blackout curtains. While this hotel did have blackout curtains on the glass door, there was another window that did not. And as soon as the sun came up at 6:30 am, I was also awake. Curtains aren’t expensive. More than happy to send directions to the nearest TJ MAXX. - The bed. Ive stayed in motels with better beds than this. It literally felt like a couch bed mattress. If there’s one thing a 3.5 hotel should invest in, it’s the mattress. This hotel feels like it’s strictly relying on its exterior aesthetics vs. actual hotel comfort. The only saving grace of this hotel was its exterior/scenic view and tub. But our view was blocked by an inconvenient tree placement. If I had traveled a great distance to get here, maybe I wouldn’t feel so cheated by the cost. But since I paid for the “staycation” experience, I can’t help but feel extremely disappointed. Waste of money is an understatement.
