We enjoyed a beautiful large room with a private patio and views for our one night stay. The restaurant was closed which was disappointing as I selected this stay based on it being open. The unit above us seemed to have water running forever and from the sounds of running footsteps back and forth I would guess it was kiddie bath time. If total quiet is what you want, you may or may not get it, the walls are indeed paper thin. The bed was comfortable and the pillows looked lumpy but were fine. The bathroom was good, I just need to mention though that the toilet in our unit was so low...I mean really "oh my achy knee" low. We drove out and enjoyed dinner at Sofrito and loved it. We would not have found it had the on-site restaurant been open, so all in all, it has been a lovely stay. Would we stay again?....maybe...off season rates were fantastic and Fountain Hills is fun to explore.

What a special place to be able to escape to. The views of the desert landscape are unbelievable. Who knew such a treasure was tucked behind The Eagle Mountain Golf Course? The Inn is located right above the 18th hole and provides a very intimate setting. As a traveler with so many fears surrounding COVID-19, the onsite staff did an impeccable job of creating a safe environment for myself and my family. They require masks in the lobby and have safety shields between the front desk personnel and guests. In addition, their staff was masked, even while outside. The rooms were not only spotless but provided enough space for my family to stretch out and relax. I am so thankful that I was able to recharge my energy at The Inn at Eagle Mountain. I will most definitely be back!

Decided to take an overnight stay. With Covid we haven’t gotten out a lot. Attempted a similar staycation last year in Scottsdale and were disappointed. Looked up this establishment and thought we would give it a shot. We had a wonderful overnight stay. Great location, friendly staff and rooms with great views of the surrounding hills and desert. We stayed in room 262, an end unit, and staying there on a Thursday, it was quiet. Not a lot of people there at this time, which worked especially with the pool area, not big but clean and comfortable. Room was clean, comfortable as well and has a balcony with seating. If you do get a second floor room, there is quite a few steps. No valet service but it didn’t matter to us. Great restaurant, Pietro’s, on site with great food and staff. We would recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We will be back in the near future.

Noisy, shabby, poor water pressure. Did I mention the noise when other rooms flushed? Frayed towels. No food on property due to Covid. Room smelled of pesticides and only other room available involved 2 sets of stairs. Fountain Hills deserves better.

I very much appreciated the opportunity to speak to you directly after your stay with us. As I mentioned, I understand and sympathize with your frustration and I hope my gesture of not charging you for your stay with us reflects our respect and commitment to our guests. It was a difficult period of time to locate any available food service options in Fountain Hills as well as the greater Scottsdale area. I’m not sure there was much we could accomplish to assist you during the state restaurant COVID restriction time period. Although I don’t question your review, we have not had any issues with water pressure or adjacent room noise, but you have my promise that I will follow up to confirm we are not having any issues. My apologies for leaving you with a less than enjoyable stay. Best wishes for safe travels always.

The carpet needs cleaning, The shower and sink constantly drip. The grout needs to be replaced. The Air conditioning worked very poorly when we arrived. Then failed that night. The repair man put 2 lbs of Freon in the unit. The front door lock mechanism needs to be replaced. The staff was obviously to any complaints and compensation. When you are in Arizona the air needs to work properly! The hotel needs people to maintain the facility! It could be a great place to stay.
