From the moment you drive up the serene desert road leading to ADERO you’re whisked away to Arizona’s 5 star hidden gem resort. From the GM personally asking how we were doing to the housekeeping staff ensuring we had everything we needed to really make us feel at home. The renowned Chef Bryan grilles a mean steak & the seafood will have you forgetting you’re in Arizona. The pools, spa, tennis courts & gym truly elevate the ADERO to a whole other level. Sit back on your private balcony overlooking the beautiful desert, enjoy a glass of wine from their wonderful selection & be sure to stay up after sunset and gaze into the star laden certified “Dark Sky Zone”. Whether it’s for business, pleasure, leisure or a weekend get away... the ADERO has everything you need and more!

This resort is truly a 5 star property. The attention to detail in all areas surpasses many boutique hotels and resorts that we've stayed at. The autograph collection is truly an oasis. Adero is set back from the hustle and bustle of downtown providing an escape from reality. The desert inspired feel provides its visitors with a feeling of remoteness but also allows a quick trip to many destinations in Phoenix and Scottsdale. I am impressed with this resort and we are already planning to return.

We headed down to Adero for a spring getaway to enjoy some Arizona sunshine and relaxation. This property and the staff exceeded our expectations in every possible way. Pictures don’t do this property justice. It is set beautifully against the mountains and the sunsets and sunrises are breathtaking. It is an expansive property with both a family friendly and adults only pool. We had the chance to enjoy both. There are sweeping views of the dessert and mountains and so many thoughtful touches and designs throughout the hotel. We dined at Cielo for breakfast and dinner multiple times throughout our stay and were impressed with the menu, service and overall ambiance. It is an open air concept so you have the chance to enjoy the beautiful weather and views. We didn’t plan to stay there for the majority of our meals but between the service, food and overall experience we found ourselves not wanting to leave! The suite we stayed in was very artfully designed and modern with a spacious deck. Overall cleanliness, comfort and decor was at or above what you would expect of a five star resort. Also, the views every morning from the deck were again exquisite! Lastly and probably most impressive of the entire experience was the staff. The team welcomes you there with a perfect blend of professionalism and hospitality. From the welcome at the front desk, to the thoughtful staff at the pool who knew our drink orders and preferences within the first hour to the servers at Cielo everyone couldn’t have been friendlier, and you can tell they not only love what they do but are true hospitality professionals. Even the general manager, Dieter took the time to give us a property tour and whenever we saw him on site would check in on how our stay was. We are planning out next trip back ASAP. This place is an absolute must stay if you are looking for top rate service, experience and relaxation!

Recent stay at Adero (by Marriott) was not the same experience as one some time ago at the former Copperwynd.. Inconsistencies in facilities, food, and especially service (based on my prior stay) marred the stay. The addition of 180+ rooms altered the look and feel of the previous 70+ room boutique hotel. Perhaps some of the issues were because of COVID-19, but not all. The pool area comes to mind, specifically. The complex has a large pool and a smaller lap pool. Pool towels were once large, luxurious bath towels.. at the recent visit the pool towels were barely hand towels. Equipment maintenance seem to have suffered.. the pool area shower did not work the entire time I visited. There was no food or drink service during the week. Some chaises had head rest cushions, others didn't. I understand there being issues when you significantly increase the size of a venue; it is simply, in my opinion, too bad.
