Our park consists of 58 full hookup sites of all different sizes. There are back in or pull through sites available. Most of our sites have large shade trees to help you stay cool during the warm summer months. There are also eight Tiny Homes nestled along the Verde River near the back of the park. These homes are fully furnished and can accommodate up to 4 people. You can relax out on your patio with your very own fire pit, grill and picnic table and watch the river roll by. All spaces and Tiny Homes are available for nightly, weekly and short term monthly stays. We also welcome groups and retreats! Amenities at the park include a laundry facility, restrooms and showers, a gazebo with a grill and picnic table, a beautiful meditation area next to the river and hiking trails. We provide a warm, friendly environment and the staff is always ready to help with any questions you may have.

The park had the basics but was lacking much. Road noise was very loud, making sitting outside and having a conversation not achievable. Most spaces had some shade except ours and people walked through our site frequently. The bathrooms were barely or not ventilated so very poor from a COVID perspective. Despite signs for mask wearing, the office staff did not wear masks, nor did most of the guests. Water pressure was low so shower was less than great. Definitely not worth the money they charged!!!

Only stayed here one night but it's very central to everything the Cottonwood area has to offer, which is a lot! The park is very well maintained and the river access was an awesome bonus. The kids had fun in the river and we all got to explore the area. We will definitely be back in the very near future.

We stayed for 10 days and it was a nice quite stay. Close to Sedona, Jerome and old tow Cottonwood. People very friendly, no barking pets, nice shaded spots for our 39 ft 5th wheel. Good prices compared to places in Sedona or nearby.

Myself and 5 other lads stopped by this RV park on our road trip to Vegas. We had an awesome time. Paul was accommodating to everything we asked (bathroom codes, water bottles, etc.) and our location was prime - a short distance from downtown Sedona! I highly recommend this place for those interested in staying near Sedona with an RV.

This park is a lovely place to camp. We ended up extending our stay and I have even stayed on my own; I feel safe at Rio Verde RV Park. The employees are lovely, friendly, and really responsive if you're in a crisis. They are always willing to help. The grounds are well kept, and our dogs just love the water. Great place to stay. My husband and I will be heading back this weekend to meet up with our RV buddies who have the spot next to us! Thanks Rio Verde RV Park for a wonderful venue.
