I love this beautiful house!! I pretty much grew up there it was my best friends house for at least 18 years of our lives!! It used to be a huge farm, with pigs, chickens, horses, dogs, cats, and the occasional so called ghost lol... So cool that so many people desire visiting my home away from home!

I called the number I found online, 928.636.7727, and it gave a recording that the number was no longer in service. Darn! It sounded sooooo wonderful! I called the Chino Valley Chamber of Commerce and the lady that answered verified that the Inn has closed. The owner has moved to another state with family.

Wanda makes this experience wonderful. She is the consummate hostess, genuine, warm--REALLY likes people, unlike so many B&B owners I've encountered over the years, who just want an income without a boss. She was unbelievably helpful, we were attending a Buddhist retreat in the area--and she made this trip doubly blessed. We will be returning every time we visit Chino... More

My family have always stayed at brand name hotels for vacations. We have never had a B&B experience. We are glad we did! Teapot Inn gives their guests personalized and 5-star service! While at the inn we met repeat guests who look forward to their next visit which says a lot about the place! Everything is well maintained and very... More

My husband and I stayed two nights at the Teapot Inn in late February. Wanda Hinkhouse (Vera's sister) has taken over as manager and hostess (and wonderful breakfast cook). Wanda previously owned a quilting shop and has converted a large room in the Inn to a spacious room with multiple quilting/sewing tables that are available to groups. It has wonderful... More

Just returned from a single night stay at this wonderful find. Two of us travelling sleeping in two rooms. Partner was in the large "Sunrise Room" which was absolutely gorgeous - very spacious, light and well appointed. I stayed in the smaller room on the ground floor in which i had a great nights sleep. Have stayed in many B&B's... More

A different homemade from scratch breakfast every morning!!!!! WOW. And there is so much food, you won't need lunch. Only 5 rooms, with plenty of open spaces all around. And you can see the stars at night. Nice farmhouse nicely redone. We stayed for 5 nights. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay Hi Mr Bird, yellow and gray... More

We admit it - we are innkeepers, but we are also guests on occasion, and wanted to share with travelers what a great find the Teapot Inn B & B proved to be. My husband and I found ourselves with a two day break from innkeeping after a busy season and headed (unplanned) toward Jerome, AZ. After a fun day... More
