Even though I got a great rate as a CP member, you still have some minimal expectations for quality of accommodations with the Comfort branding. For the most part, peripherally these were met within the sleeping area although the bed comfort and channel selections were not quite my personal preferences. However, entering the shower was a surreal experience as I thought I had been transported to a much less reputable vendor. The bathtub was shedding its surface, faucet barely hanging on by a caulk thread, shower head and tile caulk badly discolored, and the grip helper (I was placed without request in an accessible room) affixed to the tile with badly rusted screws. In summary, adequate but time for a remodel.
The hotel is very clean and the staff is wonderful. Breakfast was a bit limited, but still very good. It was nice that breakfast was still being offered as so many hotels have stopped that amenity at this time. The room was very nice and very clean. The bed was wonderful. The maids do a great job. Tiffany at the front desk and Jeff, a manager, both went out of their way to make my stay a nice one. I wish all hotels had employees as awesome as them and the rest of the staff. I definitely recommend this hotel.
After a horrible experience with a hotel around the corner with a yellow sign, we were welcomed with out any problem. <I apologize I can't remember the ladies name but our stay was on 6-9/6-10 and she worked the overnight > she helped us with extar towels and made sure we knew hours for breakfast, check out ect... . Thank you for offering a great room and great customer service
very clean room and bathroom. friendly staff, great loacation. The rest of this rule to meet the stupid Tripadvisor requirement that a review conatin a minimum of 200 characters. I have told you the most important aspects of what one is looking for in a hotel stay.
Me and family stay here last night we were traveling during midnight, tired and with kids. We looked at the hotel, beautiful building, lobby, etc. However, our room OMG, old socks (dirty) next to the bed, human hair on bathroom and everywhere. The carpet looked like if it had dust from years ago. The mini refrigerator so so dirty. I went to the front desk, the person who was there "Omar" didn't even made eye contact with me all he said was "thank you" and supposedly there was no manager. Horrible service. Breakfast was ok, coffee tasted horrible, the area was not clean and there was cereal , trash on the counters. I had stayed at other Comfort Inn before and never had something like this horrible and dirty experience. I don't know how in the world this hotel has some good star rating. I was not even able to give my babies a bath due to the unsanitary conditions of the bathroom. Pay $200 for a horrible unsanitary night. Don't waste your money. I was only able to take those to pictures, I was on a hurry to get my kids out of there. Go to the other hotels next to this one.…
