We stayed 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed the park and the towns of Bullhead and Laughlin. Park was well kept and sights were spacious. The view was amazing from our site. Showers were great and clean. Dog friendly with 2 dog parks that were nice and clean. Laundry was strange in that you have to use a credit card to load a card to use for washer and dryer. The card cost $5.00 plus either $5.00 or $10.00 to load on the card. One washer was bad so we had to invest in another washer plus add to our card. . We told the office we lost $3.75 and was told they didn't own the machines and thst we would have to csll the # posted in the laundry. My husband finally got it taken care of and that's when he found out that the card itself cost $5.00. Since we had a $1.00 left on the card and would never use again, we payed it forward to a lady in the laundry. Even after this incident, we would definitely recommend stayiing here on your journey.…
I really cannot tell you about enjoying the amenities at this RV Park because THEY canceled our reservations. In April, 2021 my husband and I rented a park model at Silverview for the months of March and April, 2022. We made our deposit, filled out our paperwork, and had our background check. We spent the better part of a year secure in the fact that we had a place to stay in Arizona come vacation time. Last week, when I contacted them with questions regarding the amenities in the park model, they told me that they had sold the park model and were going to refund our deposit. They had never informed us that a sale was even a possibility. Apparently, it was a corporate decision. I cannot begin to tell you how devastated we are. Having to start the hunt for a March rental at this late date is VERY disheartening, and it is difficult to find anything. These people pulled the rug out from under us. We worked hard for this vacation and can't believe this happened. We talked to someone from their corporate office who told us that by Arizona law they only had to give us 30 days notice. I say BS, you do not treat people this way!…
We've been here a year and we enjoyed it up until the new owner changed things up.electric must be paid now and there has been a rent increase of 25% or more for some spots. But if you look at the picture below this is what you put up with for over $600 a month. Water goes out at least once a week, Wi-Fi is terrible cable is sporadic winds are horrible dust and dirt everywhere. There is no concrete pads there is no gravel just dust stinky dust. There's no security here so don't leave your valuables out side. This is the view we have to put up with, note the garbage can. Needless to say for the money we're moving on to better grounds. by the way the owner bought up a majority of the RV parks in the Bullhead area so you're going to get the same crap you get here.
A young female employee with long dark hair assisted us with checking in at the front desk. She had a terrible attitude, exuded zero friendliness and was flat out rude. This person spoke in short clipped verbal tones and seemed highly inconvenienced throughout our interaction. Then she wrote our site number on a printed park map, drew a black squiggly line on the road and handed it back to me. Most RV park employees will hold the map and pleasantly say something like "you are here at the office, go down to the stop sign and take a left" etc. I started to ask questions about what roads to turn on and finally walked away in frustration. Attention ownership: please teach this person some basic customer service skills. Abysmal start! Things began to turn around a bit when we arrived at site #96 and noticed the beautiful view of the Colorado river. Our site was wide and spacious. The electrical post had two extra 120 volt outlets, which allowed us to use our second air conditioner. This was wonderful in 95+ degree heat! We also enjoyed the 20 cable channels. Complimentary park wifi barely worked at our site but my AT&T hotspot wifi was good. Below average restrooms and showers. Overall this was a pretty good deal at $14.00/night. We also appreciated that the site had full hookups, which is not guaranteed when booking through RPI.…
Just started staying here, one of the first thing is they said they had internet---no so there is no internet. Place is over run by dogs, barking at all hours. Is located in a nice place, waiting to see what the winds will be like when they start.
Over all not a bad RV park, way too much road noise day and night. With the road noise and high winds we will not be using this RV park again. RPI price was $ 14.00 a night. Very busy park not too many open sites in March, the first site they gave us was impossible to back into as there was tree on one side and large boulders on two other sides, they were accommodating in allowing us to move to another site. All the really nice sites are taken by full timers leaving the less desirable sites for the rest of us. Pros: Clean park, good water pressure, sewer connections good, 50 AMP A/C power good, Good over the air TV reception and Verizon, AT&T, and Sprint good signal. Friendly and helpful staff. Small store with made to order sandwiches on premise. Walmart and Grocery store 10-15 minutes away. Cons: Loud road noise and strong winds (not the fault of the RV Park but not good camping), Large boulders place close to road.…
We stayed here in a truck camper in the dry camping area for a couple nights in February to shower and do laundry while waiting out a two day rain, $20 per day for two people. Dry camping was an uneven gravel lot, but we found a suitable spot and we had a large area mostly to ourselves. Nothing fancy but lots of amenities for the price. The shower, laundry, and clubhouse could all use updating, but everything worked well enough. Large private showers with toilet and sink and plenty of hot water. Clubhouse with games and a worn out pool table that turned out to be a lot of fun on a rainy day. Nice little store with a deli on site and friendly staff. Horseshoe pits and a small dog park. Very quiet and no wind in the dry camp area.
A lot of reviewers complained of the wind, we’ll, get over it, not the parks fault. Are the premium spots on the bluff more wendy, a little, but worth the view. Now down to what the park has control over. Bathrooms, laundry, clubhouse and parking spots all need to be refurbished. All but the parking spots are beyond simple maintenance. With all gravel spots and a crazy 15% grade, rough as a cobb dirt road for one of the entrances, this place should have an onsite tractor, smoothing things out at least once a week. Our spot had lots of rocks (15 to 20lbs ea) that needed to be moved so I could back in. Had to fill in a low spot, about 6”, and then stack blocks about 6” high to get trailer level. All in a days work if you are boondocking for free, but not at a park. When using the address they tell you to for your GPS directions, you are on the wrong end of the park for the office. It used to be there, but they moved it. One sign points you in the direction of the office, but then leaves you many choices of where to turn, or not, to get to the office. Employees are pleasant and helpful. They did mention that the owners are there on a regular basis, so there should be no excuse for the run down condition.…
We have stayed here a couple of times. Spaces are large and spacious. Great facilities, always sparkling clean, good water pressure. The staff are helpful and pleasant. Great view of Laughlin lights at night. We stayed with Passport America so got it for half price. We will stay again next year
The only thing nice about this RV Park is the views of the river and Laughlin. Pulled into the Park and you have to go all the way to the back of the property to get to the office. I waited almost five minutes for somebody to come in and register us. One employee was on the phone and couldn't care us about any customers. They charge you to use your credit card. The sites are very uneven. We would not recommend this RV Park and would stay at Wal-Mart next time.
