Detailed Reviews
We stayed 3 days and thoroughly enjoyed the park and the towns of Bullhead and Laughlin. Park was well kept and sights were spacious. The view was amazing from our site. Showers were great and clean. Dog friendly with 2 dog parks that were nice and clean. Laundry was strange in that you have to use a credit card to load a card to use for washer and dryer. The card cost $5.00 plus either $5.00 or $10.00 to load on the card. One washer was bad so we had to invest in another washer plus add to our card. . We told the office we lost $3.75 and was told they didn't own the machines and thst we would have to csll the # posted in the laundry. My husband finally got it taken care of and that's when he found out that the card itself cost $5.00. Since we had a $1.00 left on the card and would never use again, we payed it forward to a lady in the laundry. Even after this incident, we would definitely recommend stayiing here on your journey.

This is not a resort but simply an rv park with some model homes and more being added. It is located on a ridge over looking the Colorado River which is a nice view but the wind blows almost constantly. Most of the sites are sand with a few being covered in small crushed rock, which we were fortunate to get because sand will be constantly tracked into your rv. The posted speed limit is 10mph but a lot of the residents drive "much" faster but management doesn't seem to care! The location is close to shopping and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful and the cost on a monthly basis is reasonable. We stayed for 2 months but 1 would have been enough since we are not desert rver's but like mountains and lakes better being from the NW. Also their WiFi and cable tv are not very dependable with very limited tv channels. Pool was not open for several weeks due to repair issues.

We have wintered in Silverview for 10 years. This is definitely our last year as long
as the current manager and her husband are running the show. They won't listen to complaints without telling people off. It's her way or the highway. If you don't like it there, we were told to go stay somewhere else. So much maintenance needs to be done all over the park. It used to be a great place to stay, but not anymore. Last year they were "cleaning up" the dumpy trailers and trash in the park. New management has let all that back in and then some. Trees need to be trimmed, roads need to be repaved, bathrooms and laundry need better cleaning. There is no security anymore and there should be! People are in and out of that park at all hours of the day and night that don't stay there. I could go on and on.

I really cannot tell you about enjoying the amenities at this RV Park because THEY canceled our reservations. In April, 2021 my husband and I rented a park model at Silverview for the months of March and April, 2022. We made our deposit, filled out our paperwork, and had our background check. We spent the better part of a year secure in the fact that we had a place to stay in Arizona come vacation time. Last week, when I contacted them with questions regarding the amenities in the park model, they told me that they had sold the park model and were going to refund our deposit. They had never informed us that a sale was even a possibility. Apparently, it was a corporate decision. I cannot begin to tell you how devastated we are. Having to start the hunt for a March rental at this late date is VERY disheartening, and it is difficult to find anything.
These people pulled the rug out from under us. We worked hard for this vacation and can't believe this happened. We talked to someone from their corporate office who told us that by Arizona law they only had to give us 30 days notice. I say BS, you do not treat people this way!

We stayed here 4 months and met the most wonderful people. The staff were always kind and we absolutely loved Chris who works in the mail room. The dog park is so clean and has separate parks for big and small dogs. They have plenty of games and activities during the week. I highly suggest this place! Warning, the winds can get pretty wild at times.

Stayed here for most of the winter months. At the entrance, off Gold Rush Road, is a deli which reportedly delivers food to your site. I didn't use it. There is an "We accept EBT" sign at the entrance. Locals use the tables at the deli to do their drinking.
There are over 400 sites...all full during the winter months. Most are back-in sites, but there are pull throughs for larger rigs. None of the sites are level. All are dirt with a little gravel thrown in. If camping here, be prepared to take off your shoes before you enter your rig, or bring in lots of sand and small rocks.
The first two rows of the park are utilized by long term, year round, never leave residents. In these rows are several run down campers, some with the silver insulating material duck taped to the outside of the slides and windows. In the "boneyard" used for storage, there are many older and newer campers and rigs parked.
The premium sites are on the bluff, and have the best view of Laughlin...but be warned, they are the most windy...and the winds blow quite frequently in Bullhead City. I'm not talking just a breeze...I'm talking steady 20-30 mph with some gusts up to 50 or 60 on rare occasions. If camping here, a site inside the park, away from the bluff would be desirable.
The park has full hookups, 20, 30 and 50 amp boxes. If you are staying monthly, your price includes up to 900 kw of electricity. Go pver that, and you will go over in the warm months, you get charged. Even if you don't go over, you get charged $ 9.95 "admin fee" for having the meter read. There are a few things to do, like bingo night, poker night, and reportedly water aerobics, and free coffee and donuts on Saturday mornings...get there early or you'll miss the donuts. There is a pool and hot tub, but I did not use them. There are 2 laundries and both are relatively clean. Office personnel are very nice and helpful. The cable is basic. The WiFi is poor. The park is just across the river from the casinos in Laughlin. It is also about an hour and a half from Las Vegas, two and a half hours from the west rim of the Grand Canyon, and about an hour from Hoover Dam.
This park has little or no security. There is a guy who drives around, but I'm not sure how much patrolling he does. One of the things I did not like is that it is open to any an all who choose to drive through. I feel like a gate with a code would at least give a sense of more security. The park could use some up keep and maintenance...a lot of the cable boxes have been damaged and need replacing. The dog runs are adequate.
There is no number to call for help after hours. In my opinion, what this park needs is on-site management....there is none. The park is far from a "resort" of any kind, but it is adequate for one day to a week's stay.

Stayed almost one month at this park and will certainly not return. The sites they call premium are on the edge of the park and the traffic noise from the street is terrible. We were awakened frequently. The wind in Bullhead City can be bad and it was so bad that for 4 days we had to stay in the rv with the slides almost completely in to avoid tearing the slide toppers. This happened more than once. If you must stay in Bullhead, recommend choosing a park in a lower location. The views were not worth it. The sites were also extremely uneven and the cable is the worst we have encountered in the past year.

Large park 450 spots I believe. Spent a month there and found lots to do in 100 mile radius. Located on bluff over looking both towns & Colorado River. If you pick site right on edge of bluff be prepared for some seriously windy days but great views. Small pool & spa needed cleaning. Showers rate about a five. Exercise room & equipment poor. Mixed bag of park models, leased or owned sites and renters. Park has great potential but doesn't seem to be headed in that direction. Better than most other parks in same area.

The owners does not take care of the property as everything is out dated and dirty. Roads also need to be paved and exercise machines are old and the list goes on. Nickki is wonderful the manager is useless and on her cell phone 24/7.

If you are looking for a park where you and your friends can occupy 7 sites and party around the bonfire every night to the wee hours, then this is the place for you. You don't have to worry about security shutting you down because he doesn't patrol. You also can leave your big dog chained up outside and barking at 6:30 every morning. And apparently you don't have to leash your little dogs at night so they are free to run after other dogs who pass by. Your late night rantings on how good the moonshine is and your lengthy criminal record helps keep the good folks around you tightly locked into their RV's.
