Great historical place, friendly helpful staff. Really enjoyed this hotel. It's close to the downtown area and within walking distance of just about everything. If I come back to the area again I will be staying here.

We stayed at the Hotel La More in Bisbee for Halloween weekend. What a great time! The hotel was clean and comfortable. Great atmosphere. I would highly recommend this Hotel and visiting the town. The Queen mine tour and the Ghost tour were very interesting and fun. The Ghost tour guide made the tour worth the time spent.

I loved this hotel! Before I booked it, I read reviews and was concerned about some of the things I read. For example, people said that since it was located near the bars, it got pretty loud at night and some found it hard to sleep. I stayed on a weekend and could see all the bars from my bedroom... My daughter and I recently had a quick get-away to Bisbee and really enjoyed this hotel. The owner/operation, Jordan, was a very kind and authentic person, who truly wanted us to be comfortable. And we were. The bed in room 23 had a fantastic memory foam topper and was extremely comfortable. We loved having the kitchen downstairs, and a nice... More

The room was on the first floor and faced the street and although the bar down the street played music well into the wee morning hours it really added a bit of ambiance and character to the hotel, the town and the experience. I drifted off to sleep to the tunes of 70's rock legends and the sounds of a... More

We had never been to Bisbee, wanted to stay one night. We chose this hotel as it had been recommended in a book. We arrived early and it was raining. The door was locked with a note to call for help. We called the number on the note and a nice fellow from the family that owns the hotel showed... More

We stayed here over the weekend of the Bisbee 1000. This is a very affordable historic "haunted" hotel right in the middle of downtown Bisbee. The bed was very comfortable and the rooms appeared clean. Desperately in need of a little basic upgrades--new shower stalls, better towels, maybe a bar of soap? My biggest problem with this location is that... More

It certainly retains that vintage feel, and has some quirks you'd expect from an older building, though none were an inconvenience. Walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Comfortable bed and clean room, free Wi-Fi.

Charming ambiance, great location and loads of history. Room was comfortable enough, but don't expect mints on the pillow or updates. This ain't the Ritz, folks: peeling wallpaper, faded carpets, etc., but it was clean and perfectly adequate for a night of rest.

We ended up staying here last Thursday through Saturday and had a really good time. It is definitely an older hotel, but that was the cool part about it. We are a paranormal investigating team, and had heard about this hotel being haunted. The place has a lot of history and doesn't look to have had many updates. It really... More
