We were warned about the noise and still chose a room looking over main street and I am glad we did for the ambiance. The check in attendant was very nice, a simple continental breakfast and very clean rooms. It was a winter stay so it was much quieter than I think it normally is. The major problem for most will be there the noise, not just from the road in front but the paper thin walls. I could hear the people in the room next door coughing most of the night. While they do provide ear plugs (which wouldn't stay in for me) I think a wonderful solution for them would be to provide an inexpensive noise canceling machine. You can get decent ones on Amazon for $30 and I think the hotel should invest in them for each room. The town itself was fun and I hope to be back again some day.

We stayed in room #4 that had a large bay window (with original glass) overlooking the street below and with a scenic view of hilltops above. I loved the twilight hours, as there were colored lights strung between the buildings. We had 2 queen size beds with about 10 pillows and 5 layers of bedding. This was great for sitting up when reading and watching tv, and to have a choice of blankets depending on how warm or cold it was. The fall nights get pretty chilly. The building still has some exposed brick and copper ceilings, which added to the charm along with the antique furniture and vintage look alike fixtures. A modest continental breakfast was provided just outside our room, which was so convenient, and just what we needed to start our day. There are plenty of restaurants nearby for those who need a big breakfast. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hidden gem to others visiting Bisbee.

My husband and I spent 2 days in Bisbee for our anniversary. This was our first time there and we weren't sure where to stay. I researched and finally decided on the Letson Loft. We were very pleased with the accommodations. Each room has its own personal touch and is very clean, welcoming and inviting (when you arrive, all vacant rooms are open for viewing.) The rooms are all upstairs and the location can't be beat. It is downtown on Main and everything is within a short walking distance. I would have given 5 Stars but you can hear through the walls and the breakfast I would consider fair.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Letson Loft. We stayed in room #5 which is towards the back and very quiet. The room itself was nicely decorated, large, and very clean. The bathroom was clean with hot water and good water pressure. The sheets were amazingly soft and there were lots of pillows. The staff was incredibly friendly and the location can't be beat, right in the middle of main street and everything was very walkable.

There were a few cons, which is why I did 4 rather than 5 stars. The main areas were a bit musty (probably age of the building as it was very clean) but this was not an issue in the room. The continental breakfast was mediocre at best. The bed was nice and large but firmer than my preference (this is a personal preference, the bed was good quality). And the original skylights have shutters that don't close all the way so bring a sleeping mask if the sunlight wakes you. Also, there there are no mini fridges in the room.

One of the biggest issues (and to be fair I don't see how the owners could rectify it) is it is not accessible to those who can't use stairs. It is a loft and the front stairs are very steep, I even had trouble on the bottom steps as I'm uncoordinated. The back stairs are much easier to traverse but there isn't a ramp (and, again, to be fair) there isn't a way to add one because of the age/limitations of the building. If anyone has mobility issues, I recommend staying elsewhere.

One last thing, much of Bisbee is closed Mon-Wed so make sure you check what is open before booking early in the week so not to miss out on a must see.

We stayed at Letson Loft last year and had a better experience, but we had several disappointing and frustrating experiences this time. First, there was no one at the hotel to check us in when we arrived at the appointed time of 3 pm. We had to wait around until the manager arrived. If check-in starts at 3, someone should be there at 3. The first evening, we noticed that there was a hotel bathrobe hanging in the bathroom that had been worn by a prior occupant and was noticeably soiled. This was unpleasant. Our first morning at breakfast, we arrived 10 minutes after breakfast was supposed to start and there was hardly any food left. The manager blamed it on the other hotel guests, who he said "descended" as if they hadn't eaten dinner the previous night. Needless to say, if a hotel advertises that breakfast is provided, it should provide enough food for all guests. Finally, when we returned in the afternoon after our first night there, housekeeping had taken my used bath towel and not left a replacement. There was no one on duty at the hotel and when I called the number left on the front desk, it rolled over to voicemail. The manager returned eventually and brought me a towel, but by then it was too late to shower before dinner. All of this was unacceptable. To make matters worse, the manager appeared completely unapologetic and annoyed. Given the terrible service and inadequate breakfasts, I think my 3 star rating is generous. I bumped it up because the hotel is rather charming and centrally located.

This old place is pretty great. Our room was big, with a very comfortable bed. I loved the skylights, giving us natural lighting. We were adjacent to the porch, which was convenient for us, but also made our room kinda noisy when folks were on that porch visiting.

I had ordered a bouquet of flowers to celebrate our anniversary. We found these in the room when we arrived. While the flowers were indeed very pretty, it was a small batch and hardly worth the $50 I paid.

No breakfast offered at this hotel, tho we did have some fruit, coffee and yogurt.

The location was ideal.

Dear Richard, We apologize for the delay in responding to your thoughtful feedback. Thank you for choosing to celebrate such a special occasion at the Letson! It is wonderful to learn that our comfy beds and clean accommodations impressed you. Please accept our apologies for any noise from the sun porch that disturbed your stay. We have added a well-placed sign to our porch, encouraging guests to be mindful of others that may be catching up on their sleep. As you mentioned, we don't currently offer a hot breakfast, however, we are glad you enjoyed our light continental breakfast offerings, and we hope you were able to satisfy your appetite at one of Bisbee's excellent restaurants. Please join us again soon!

Letson Lofts are luxurious well appointed. Room decor is so on point to maintain the elegant feel of a bygone era. The room was clean as well as the rest of the property. The owners have done a wonderful job of making this a must stay hotel when visiting Bisbee AZ

We really enjoyed our stay at the Letson Loft. The location is great. You can easily get around the old town from the hotel. The historic building is very neat, and the room is nicely appointed to stay true to it's historic character. We had a room looking out onto the street and could hear people outside (like in any city building) but enjoyed the front seat to life happening around town. The continental breakfast included yogurt, mini-muffins, cheese sticks and fruit.

I booked a room for two nights this week in order to celebrate my wife’s birthday. She suffered a stress fracture last week so I called the hotel twice two days ago and emailed the property advising I had to cancel and asked for a confirmation call or email. I guess they are too busy to be polite there at the Letson Loft in Bisbee as I never received the courtesy of a confirmation call or email. Is this their idea of good customer service and relations? Why would I want to stay at a property where the proprietors have no manners. We will make up the trip and we will certainly stay somewhere people are polite.

This boutique hotel was the perfect place to stay during our trip to Bisbee! From the moment we made reservations, to any questions we had to check in/out and continental Breakfast-everything was amazing. I really appreciated the email ahead of time about unloading on Commerce St at the rear entrance. Since parking was competitive it was nice to park and walk to nearby restaurants and activities.

We loved suite 7! It was private and quiet and the beds were so comfortable! Plus, who doesn’t love a claw foot tub? We highly recommend the Letson Loft for your future trips to Bisbee. We won’t stay anywhere but Letson Loft when we come back!

Hello, room 5 and 6 have windows that face into our sunroom. They both let in good natural light. Room 5 also has a large skylight.

Parking is in the back; right behind the hotel and is free ! After shoppers and sightseers left, our party ( two vehicles) simply moved our vehicles right alongside the back--made for easy packing up in the morning. Enjoy--Bisbee is a really neat little town and this hotel is outstanding
