Manager Lindsey called us the morning of our visit to confirm timing and asked if there was anything she could do to prepare for our visit. We were greeted at the door, shown to our room, with description of facilities, amenities. Hotel is in excellent condition. Service delightful. Our room was in front, facing the main street. Nice view, but unfortunately there was a crazy in the middle of the night (3AM) who came through town honking his horn. No fault of hotel, but I'd recommend a back room, less noise. BTW, found a great history tour of the city, through the local historic museum. Call Roxandra 503-487-7789. Inexpensive, fantastic knowledge, great story teller!
Four of us spent the night in Bisbee. While not much was open because of COVID, this hotel was well worth the visit! Great beds, lovely continental breakfast and a charming hostess! You can’t go wrong here. Very clean and rooms are big.
The location is amazing and the experience is all around great! The room was very comfortable and well appointed as described. The hostess was so helpful and friendly. I loved the historic aspect of the building and the sunroom on the back. The rooms are all unique and the doors are open if no one staying in them so you can see what they are like. Can’t wait to go back!
Our room was fantastic. I normally don’t write reviews of the properties that I have stayed but this place was so great it compelled me to share my experience. The young lady that checked us in and looked after our needs was awesome. The Hotel has the best location in town. The room was very clean and had everything a traveler would want. I can’t wait for a return visit.
I can't speak for any room other than #4. Their website gives you the opportunity to actually book the room of your choice and that's a refreshing change. We chose #4 and it was perfect. This place is down home comfort. By comparison we stayed at a Marriott the next night and it was cold and unwelcoming. I would not hesitate for a second to book the Letson again. The parking is a little different but Bisbee is a lot different too. I believe I learned a lesson about staying in hotels while on the road. Sometimes the best places are slightly off the road and don't have a big name associated with them. Go local and chose wisely my friend. BTW if I get a few helpful votes perhaps I can go back to Bisbee, AZ. Nothing would be make happier. You know what to do! Thanks!!
