Refurbished Atco trailers. Clean but not comfortable. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water for showers. No elevator so you do need to hall your own luggage. Fine for 1 night to get out of the weather. If the other hotels weren't full we would not have stayed there.

We stayed one night at the Keystone Hotel after travelling from Seward to Whittier and catching the ferry through Prince William Sound. This was part of a G Adventures tour. The Keystone is an older place constructed with metal looking walls. Some people compare it to shipping containers. Our room is small, but fine. Best of all - we have...

Stayed 2 nights with husband, baby, and our dog. The hotel and room feel a bit like a 1970s trailer, but seemed pretty clean. Rooms are small, just double bed and twin bed pushed against the walls with just enough space to open the small door and get in, also had a small desk and dresser/TV. Still had enough room...

I'm not sure what information I found to decide to stay here but I wish we had stayed elsewhere. They are dog friendly so that was possibly the reason but our room was about as far from the lobby as you could get. I could have sworn that I had booked the only king room (could have been an issue...

Valdez is pretty notorious for being rainy, on this particular day it was warm, 70s warm. Combine that with humidity and a 2nd floor room and this is something I'm not used to! Asked for a fan, to their defense they were all loaned out, but it was a small desk fan. First night didn't sleep too well due to...

We arrived in Valdez to take a glacier cruise. Based on how far Valdez is from Anchorage, we had a two night stay booked at the Best Western. The Best Western reservation had been booked at least 6 months in advance. When we arrived, we were told the only room available was a smoking room. I don't like the stale...

I booked the reservation for 2 nights, while they never responded to emails or messages, I kept trying. Explained my situation to them, assured no problems. Got there and told none of the things I had discussed were possible, the person with whom I spoke was summer help, if I didn't like it, go somewhere else, I did.

This is an old cabin like place which housed pipeline workers which has now been turned into a hotel. As expected the rooms are small but they are comfortable and reasonably furnished and it was not noisy when we were there. Location is good as everywhere of note is accessible on foot. They do a basic cold breakfast in the...

The room was very small. There were no amenities in the room except a TV, which we could not operate. There is no individual control over the temperature in the rooms, and the system blew hot air, then cold air, then hot, etc. The bathroom was also very tiny. I was not happy with the hotel clerk's attitude.
