***** THANK YOU PENSEÉE CREW ***** Quick review: - 7 star Service staff and animation team - SO NICE PEOPLE - Top Hotel Garden with nice pools - Big room with big terrace and amazing view - Tasty Food - TOP beach & beautiful underwater world - perfect for snorkelling. - Beduin Tent on the beach is worth a visit. - AmunSpa - great massages This is a beautiful place! It's in the middle of nowhere between Hurghada and Marsa Alam surrounded by ocean and dessert. * For us this is exactly what we needed & wanted. * From the moment we entered the Hotel we were greeted in an extremely friendly way. We arrived after 11PM and there was still (hot) food prepared for us and we got a tasty welcoming cocktail. We got a huge room with big balcony (although only booked the smaller bungalow). The beach/riff is just mind-blowing, so much beautiful fish to discover. BUT please never step on the corrals! So this beautiful underwater-world stays in tact. Also the umbrellas and sun-beds are in great distance to another, so that it is really relaxing with so much space. The whole service stuff (gardeners, cleaners, reception, bar & service staff, lifeguards, beach crew, the kitchen crew, manager (+ CM Herma) & and the fantastic animation team) are just all wonderful people, always smiling & being helpful although having so much work to do. A special shout out to the beduin baker (Papa), making every morning & evening fresh Beduin bred + delicious pancakes in the pool bar during the afternoon. Roomservise exceeded all our expectations. The room was made EVERY day and most of the day they made us smile with a new arty towel figure. ;) Food was every night extremely delicious, prepared and presented with so much love to detail - mind blowing again - and more than enough to choose from. Drinks were good, once you get used to the Egyptian sprit. ;) If you want a super delicious cocktail, YOU NEED to visit the beduin tent on the beach. For the small extra money you can drink a delicious cocktails & try a variety of beduin drinks in wonderful spot. HUGE shout out to the two guys being there day & night (Thomas & Mohamed), wonderful human beings, that thought us a lot about Egyptian culture. Shoutout also to the great animation team (Anieta, Boika, Ali, Jimmy & Galil) always bringing great energy and smiles without being too much. Running activities such as yoga, water-gym, ball games, a colour party on the beach and much more. Jimmy even being the Fakir - blowing your mind if you are there to watch it. Need more reasons to visit this paradise? AmunSPA - you can get a great hamam, massages, face cleaning or hair cute. The staff here is just as awesome as everyone else. Shoutout here to Hassan, such a good guy! Lastly we can really recommend the quad tour, that you can book with Mido. His colleague Omar then takes you into the dessert, visiting a beduin place, trying so many different herbs, tees, essences & spices and learning about those. This hotel offers excellent service and the animation team (especially Jimmy and Ali) really made impressive and surprising shows and offered fun activities all day. Snorkelling was fantastic as well!

Coral reef beautiful, food average. But you have to be German, to get speciál treatment. For example today lunch at Beach - german group of three gets watermelon directly from chef, the rest of hotel gets nothing. German also have drinks in Glass, other people have it in paper cup.

My family and i had the pleasure to spend our summer vacation at pensée Beach Resort and I must say, the exceptional service truly made out visit unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The warm and friendly welcome made us feel at home. Throughout my stay, every interaction with the hotel staff was marked by their attentiveness and genuine care. I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to Mr.Fouad the hotel general manager and his Assistant Mr Ahmed Fattah for their courtesy,attentiveness and great hospitality and as I promised we will definitely come back. All staff members were very welcoming, helpful and did everything to meet our demands on time. The rooms were clean. It was a business trip of 25+ persons and they all had positive feedback on the hotel and staff.

nice, intimate, clean hotel at a good price located in a nice garden and by a beautiful reef with good food and animations that will keep you entertained all day and in the evening (well done to the animators from Sudan) recommended for families with children and snorkeling enthusiasts

I was there on 10 August for a week with my friend and it's not the first on the three corners. And the reason why I go to pensee is that I heard it's for the three corners now. So I went there with my friendsland I was really shocked. The rooms were very nice and clean and the staff were really nice till you do what they want from you for example there was one in the lobby bar his name is Mario and he was very nice with us till he asked us for our Facebook account and we said no then he changed his way directly like he didn't smile at all and he was aggressive with us and start to talk to us in Arabic which I don't prefer. But the rest of the stuff were very kind and nice. Second : we were sitting in the tent and after that we went to our room and there was someone from the security in out balcony and he was staring at us. I don't know but I think it's not nice if someone was spaying on you when you are inside your room specially if he is a security who has to protect us. And not spying on us. Third : we decided to eat pasta and there was a dead fly in the pasta as the photo shows. For me the hotel is OK but they just need to upgrade the food and they have to teach the staff how to be nice to the guest. …

Amazing amazing amazing it's the perfect resort I went to before it's my second time there and will not be the last. Everything is perfect the place is very clean the whole staff are super friendly starting from the reception to the room service to the restaurant to the beach boys everyone feels at home 👌🏻🥰❤️ also the food is so delicious with many varieties and many cousins allover the world 😋 the beach is amazing full of colorful coral reefs , Dolphins and sea turtles come everyday to play with the guests 🐳🐬 Thanks Pansee for the great hospitality that improves every year than the last year
