We were enjoying the sun for a week. Although the weather here and there left something to be desired in 'our' week, they did everything to make our stay enjoyable. Especially for us, the sauna was opened earlier, the Turkish steam bath was switched on. in a word top. The staff is so incredibly friendly, one can still learn something from this in Europe (especially in the Netherlands). Nothing was too much for the employees, anything was possible. Everything was thought of. The food was fine, not very focused on children, but when they were not difficult eaters there was a wide choice. We will definitely go back here again.

It was 21 times in Egypt and 8 times at the Jaz Solaya Hotel. As this is my favorite hotel in Marsa Alama, I wrote a lot about it earlier in Trip Advisor, I will mention what I liked and didn’t like. The last time I was at the hotel was in November, December 2019. Then the coronavirus changed our world, the journey was interrupted. 1.5 years after arrival at the hotel, feeling that nothing has changed. We are in a small world where there is no coronavirus that no one in the world is sick of. As much as the hotel staff wears masks, the temperature is measured, and disinfectant fluid is everywhere. Maybe just a few people. When we arrived there were about 200, leaving about 100. Most of them are Ukrainians, but they are not suitable for this hotel with his Slavic culture (does not speak English or German, but only Russian, which causes difficulties for the service staff.) others were from the Czech Republic and Poland. I was used to seeing Germans and a hotel without Germans is different. Liked: The hotel team is amazing, just like in the good old days, from the first minute of arrival until departure. Area and beach, rooms are well maintained and clean. The food is great, its plentiful, always delicious. The waiters work great (thanks Ismail for the great service) The bartenders are great as always. We tasted a lot of new and exciting cocktails. The animators are great, friendly and fun. Evening shows are normal (except for two sisters from Ukraine, who even sing badly in English and howl like cats. all songs in Ukrainian). Disliked: The dress code was not followed during dinner, as most came with swim shorts and sleepers. Because it was hot, normal shorts may be allowed. But more, one needs to think tactfully, how to politely warn that swim shorts or sleepers are not part of the evening dress code. But overall, everything was great. Special thanks for Mr. Mohamed Khaled for his care, special dinners, and surprises in the room. You are an amazing friend. I had two weeks of amazing. Thank you all for a great vacation. This was a real 5-star holiday. We went with a family of 4 at the end of March. This is a complex of 6 hotels Coraya Madinat with an aqua park. The territory is mutual for all hotels, so you can walk and swim in pools of all hotels. Accommodation: after arrival at the hotel Jaz Solaya we were placed in one room near the building site. But then, when we asked for a room with a pool view, everything was done smoothly, without any additional charge. Dining : THAT WAS INCREDIBLE. Everything was super delish! Every meal there were a lot of fruit, fresh salads and veggies. Big variety of dishes. Everything was fresh and really made with love. The chef even made a special Egyptian dessert for our family, which was very surprising. The staff at the restaurant was so polite and friendly. Thanks to waiter Muhammed, he remembered that I like water, and brought a glass of water every meal without me asking. Animation: I personally went for a holiday to spend active time with animators. We stayed in Sokaya, but I spent all the time in Lamaya. And the animation team was awesome! Malek, Koko, Bruno did their job professionally and with passion. Every day: stretching, darts, zumba, yoga, volleyball. In the evening there was always some show and live music. Unfortunately, now the team has changed. The beach: the sandy beach is near Solaya( more for children, not deep) and the pontoon for snorkelling and diving is near Lamaya. We were at the end of March. The weather was really windy and the water was not that warm for us to swim. But from people's words, the reef is beautiful. Definitely recommend! We will return !

We are a family of five, stayed for 5 days, our time there was more than perfect. My family and I are avid travelers within Egypt and abroad I can honestly say that the level of hospitality at Jaz Solaya is incomparable.
Starting with Mr. Mohamed khaled- The front office manager and Mr. Ahmed who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs ( special accessibility needs for one of my family members who had a recent surgery) absolutely helpful and friendly and met every request with a smile made sure we love our rooms and are completely satisfied during our whole stay.
All the staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, we had very tasty dinners by Mr.Saed Farouk - Resturant manager and Chef. Mohamed Reda both at Safari restaurant and Olivo, all meals were great and had a nice variety of cuisines but the dinners were top notch. And all waiters were very sweet and helpful specially Ismail, salah and amr at safari.
The resort itself is very nice and located at Coraya bay, one of the best spots in Marsa Alam, you can go swimming, snorkeling watch for turtles and if you are lucky maybe some dolphins as well. And if that’s not your thing you can enjoy the clear waters at the shallow part near the shore. The bay combines varying degrees of depth making it perfect for all kinds of swimming. And at the beach we were welcomed by Mr. Omar - recreational manager, who always gave us tips to get the best snorkeling experience while helping us manage the Sun beds.
We usually had lunch at the pool bar, where you can have a quick tasty lunch with freshly baked bread to order midday from the sweetest lady advice ask for the bread with garlic it is delicious and later we chill in one of the three swimming pools and enjoy an ice cream or a cold drink from the bar.
At night unlike other resorts we visited in marsa alam, they arrange daily shows and parties for all to enjoy. And after the show/party we enjoyed drinks from the lobby bar, by the talented baristas there specially mohamed Shaaban.
In conclusion it’s worth more than what we paid for, absolutely recommend it. 10/10 rating

I return to this hotel every year, several times a year. All hotel staff are very hardworking and take great care of absolute satisfaction. The cleanliness of the rooms and cleaning is excellent, the food is never repeated and is varied for all gourmets. Special fruits are also offered daily, which is not usually available in hotels. Cleanliness on the beach is paramount. Access to the sea is adapted, gradual, but no kilometers to the water. An absolute experience for lovers of diving and snorkeling. Dolphins and turtles arrive daily, apparently COVID also cleaned the sea. Service and service in all restaurants and on the beach is a priority. Clean pool as well. I can also recommend the Aquapark, which is part of the area, where you will find everything you and your children want. A visit to the A la Cart restaurant is also an amazing experience. I can recommend this hotel to everyone. You don't have to compromise on this hotel, which is unfortunately sometimes the case in Egypt. Not here.

We have been to Egypt many times, always in 5 star hotels, but Jaz Solaya surpassed them in every way. The hotel is very well located, right on the bay with a sandy beach. You can go down to the water for snorkeling straight from the beach or from the pier to admire the beautiful coral reefs and colorful fish. Right next to the hotel there is a large aquapark with entertainment for all ages. The restaurants and bars were not crowded. Diverse menu, huge selection, everything very tasty. Everyone will find something for himself. The room was cleaned every day. Towels were also changed daily, including beach towels. The hotel is very clean. You can see care for the surroundings, lawns and all vegetation. All the waiters and service were very polite and considerate. We are very pleased with the 14-day stay at the turn of April and May 2022. We will certainly come back here again.

The hotel was a spectacular experience that started a day before we arrived Mr sherif called us and offered all the help we needed to get to the hotel we had a great welcoming the room was clean well equipped comfortable the hotel has an amazing spot at the beach where you can swim snorkel or dive the beach is sandy and has a great space on a gulf of water that has nearby corals with beautiful underwater life . Food and beverages are nice staff always ready to help. This is was our first time in Marsa Alam, however, 5th time in Egypt. Our main goal is was to see sea cows, dolphins and turtles in this well-known area.
When we booked Jaz Solaya, we did not expect anything special. But! The hotel impresses us in all the ways 1. Cleanness. Sparkling clean everywhere! All the time we saw the staff who were cleaning the dining area, pools, etc. 2. Food! Amazing, tasty, various! Grilled seafood, veal, chicken, fish EVERYDAY!!! We could not try all the variety of food this hotel offers! Numerous salads, appetizers, fruits, vegetables, anyone can find something special 3. Sea and Coral. You have two perfect spots. Sand beach for small ones or people who can not swim. Or, if you are a passionate diver or snorkeler, there is an amazing coral with thousands of colourful fish!!! you can enjoy swimming from the sunset till sunrise. 4. Animation. Pleasant staff, very well-behaved boys and girls. You can enjoy with them: yoga, aqua gym in the pool, water polo, darts, volleyball, football. Each evening there is a nice entertaimnet such as life singers, dancing and etc. 5. Territory. Green, with various flowers, trees and bushes everywhere. Again, every corner of the territory is well maintained, I could not find any piece of dry land or yellow grass... 6. Staff. All people in this hotel are really nice, helpful and indeed you feel like the most wanted guest! The work on the really high level of hospitality.
This is the only hotel, I would like to come back to (despite I do not like to visit any hotel twice) Thank you, Jaz Solaya for our perfect vacation!

Beginning of June we stayed with another couple in the hotel. Manly diving, snorkeling and relaxing. Perfect location for that, dive center in walking distance, jetty for snorkeling and sandy beach for swimming right in front of the hotel. The hotel was perfect. Super friendly personal at all facilities, places. Good food, best was the Egyptian buffet, the International Buffet was having European dishes I personally do not need in vacation. Our room was located at the ground floor, so that you could hear sometimes discussions of the cleaning personal in the morning (service room next door) and transport wagons rattling by, but otherwise very convenient to the pool, restaurant and reception. The animation would not be needed for us, and was a bit loud from our room, but they stopped at 23:00, so not an issue really. It was really empty when we were there, which for us was great. Never queuing or waiting and plenty of space at the pool or beach. Almost too much attention from the animation team, but as said that was a personal impression.
