Sirena Beach Resort & Spa is celebrated for its picturesque location with hilltop sea views and elegant surroundings. The hotel's atmosphere is a hit among guests, who enjoy the spacious, clean rooms and lively outdoor dining. The vast range of amenities, including multiple pools, a pristine beach, diverse dining options, and a luxurious spa, consistently impresses visitors. While the service is generally regarded as friendly and professional, some guests have experienced inconsistencies and noted an expectation of tips. Despite the additional costs for certain services, many find the resort's value commendable.

We returned to the Red Sea after more than 10 years...
arrived in this village through Francorosso who also manages the entertainment, soft but everyone is very kind especially Alexandra who takes care of the teens.
Returning to the recently inaugurated structure adjacent to the Bravo Fantazia, it is beautiful with large spaces and well-kept gardens, the well-positioned restaurant overlooking the sea and the large, spacious rooms (we were in a sea view room which turned out to be a garden view).
The beach loungers are already very damaged and some broken, the access to the sea thanks to two well-positioned piers give you the opportunity to take a nice swim in a beautiful coral reef full of fish (the colors as everywhere are no longer those of a time ).
In my opinion the food is not up to 5 star standards as is the quality of the drinks, I didn't find anything well done other than the Egyptian dinner, but then again you don't go to Egypt for the food, another sore point is the cleanliness which absolutely needs to improve both the rooms (for two days they didn't come to redo the room before evening despite having repeatedly notified the reception) and the beach loungers, I would add that a person comes by to clean the shoreline of plastic and cigarette butts that would be the minimum.
The spa is very large and well structured, the massages are well performed although you have to be careful about choosing the types well and above all making yourself understood by the girls.
One thing that annoys me a lot is that everyone is waiting for a tip, it seems that to have a suitable service and adequate treatment for the amount you spend for this establishment it is mandatory, but it doesn't have to be like this everywhere around the world if I am treated well Regardless, I'm happy to leave a "thank you", here it works the other way around...

we stayed at this property between the end of May and the beginning of June.
Superlative Animation Staff:
- Manuele (Head of Animation) of infinite kindness with a joke always ready, a week to make you laugh out loud, at the same time serious, professional and present but, above all, human in every situation.
- Alexandra always smiling and sunny, with infinite tenderness. Even though it's her first experience and she's very young, she's super on top of her activities, including water aerobics, done and managed excellently.
- Nabil, darts player, padel player and bowls fan, also very young but extremely on the ball. promises big laughs and fun in its sporting activities.

all the entertainment staff are extremely professional, NEVER invasive with guests and are able to relate to all ages at all levels of dialogue.

RESORT
brand new and luxury for Egypt.
rooms, bathrooms, restaurants and common areas well kept and clean, all the staff friendly and helpful providing a high level of service.
food is normal, you can always find something good to eat that satisfies all palates. an Italian chef is present.
to improve the speed of room cleaning (it happens that they do it in the mid-afternoon), define the hydromassage pool times (they close when they want), change the sunbeds on the beach and the umbrellas (they are recovered from Fantazia).

A very beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff, who we could ask anything and were happy to advise us. The cleaner at suite number 4 was very pleasant and friendly, always tipped us, asked if we needed anything, when we asked for towels, bottled water or toilet paper he always gave us everything with a smile and asked if everything was ok. The entrance to the sea was a bit disappointing, but this is compensated by the good drinks, the pools however warm, good food in the restaurant where there is something for everyone. Wonderful public toilets and overall the hotel experience was really excellent. I also had an experience with the barber who is at the hotel and he cut my hair perfectly and still made sure everything was fine and to my liking several times during the haircut. Beautiful hotel and friendly service, everywhere..!

Hotel has potential but unfortunately nothing is right except the rooms and the complex. Drinks not edible. Alcohol from plastic bottles and soft drinks tastes like chlorine as if you were drinking from the pool. Service a pure disaster. The waiters don't feel like it. Hygiene at the bars underground. Poorly rinsed glasses and cups. My girlfriend got herpes. Glasses still come to the table wet just rinsed with lipstick edges. Plastic cups are only rinsed out and stacked wet. Absolutely disgusting. Guests who have been there before have knowingly brought their own glasses. That says it all. There are no tubes either. In the pool with the bar, small chunks are floating around which surely came from the besotted caper with which the pool boy next to us stirred around in the water and small particles came from it. So we were only once in this pool. It's all totally overpriced. A box of cigarettes, 5.00 € in Hurghada I bought them for 1.50 €. But this is reflected in everything. 50 minutes massage 50 € my conclusion never Marsa Alam again. Due to the remoteness, the hotel can determine its own prices. I'll stay with Hurghada. There you can call an Uber and drive here and there. I can't understand the good reviews!

I had already been to this facility on New Year's Eve. I confirm that the hotel is great, newly built, the cleanliness is very nice very large rooms as well as the bathroom, the staff is very friendly, the cuisine is at the top in the Red Sea. Probably the best property in Marsa Alam. The owner and the son often go around the village, this means that they care about maintaining a high standard. The long beach and umbrellas in the last row are close to the sea, there is also an adults only area, a lagoon where you can swim even without slippers or shoes. Two jetties, one that allows you to go on the reef offshore, and one that allows you to enter inland lagoons. Restaurant with windows and outdoor seating overlooking the sea, unique in the Red Sea. The sea is always beautiful, the fish fauna is not what it was 30 years ago, however on the reef you can see quite a few fish.

Great, clean hotel, amazing location overlooking the bay, beautifully kept grounds and garden, spacious, clean rooms
with comfortable king beds, sofa, efficient AC, large TV, balconies and a big, walk in shower
Wide, mostly sandy beach great for long walks with lots of umbrellas and sun beds, 2 piers ideal for snorkeling at the reef, 3 pools ( 2 heated). Adult only pool and beach zone available for a quiet rest. Amazing restaurant with a big choice of fresh, quality food, live cooking at lunch and dinner, BBQ, varied pasta dishes and eggs made to order, big choice of fish, seafood, roast meats, salads, fruit and cakes, great freshly made coffee. Definitely the best meals we have ever had in Egypt and absolutely no indigestion issues which we often experienced in other places. There is a beautiful snack bar overlooking the beach serving late breakfast, drinks, 2 bars next to the pools, 1 in the lobby and a shisha smoking tent ( additional payment required) . Beer and wine are nice but the cocktails are unfortunately not great, local alcohol only, not much choice and very limited barmen skills. Entertainment was rather limited, we never saw the animation or sport instructor team, there was a very mediocre lady singer in the lobby in the evenings and we attended one show in the theatre. We didn’t mind as we just wanted to chill but if you are looking for a more varied or active stay you might want to check out Fantasia hotel which is on the same grounds with a busier agenda and a fun water park ( free of charge). There is a spa in the hotel with fabulous massages and friendly staff.
The New Year’s Eve dinner buffet was superb in terms of food and service quality despite no bubbly available which was a downer. Unfortunately, the Egyptian dance show, organised after dinner in a huge tent next to Fantasia hotel was a boring disaster, far too long while most guests just wanted to dance. Somebody told us that there was a disco in the tent which started at 1 am but we were gone by then. The lobby bar at Sirena closed at 11 pm that night, there was no music which was frustrating, alternative entertainment should have definitely been provided. Despite the party being a flop in our opinion we highly recommended the hotel, food, location, attentive staff and will definitely be back. 60% of the guests were Italian and the staff speak this language best, 30% Polish, some Slovaks, Germans and Ukrainians. English is not used much or understood in the hotel.

I stayed at the Siren for 10 days and found myself very well.
The resort is very large: there is a restaurant, various shops inside, many swimming pools and two jetties.
The room was very spacious and clean, equipped with a balcony overlooking the sea.
The restaurant was very varied and there were different proposals every day. Even fresh fruit was never missing.
The quality of the food was not the best, but overall it was good.
The resort offers many excursions both land and sea. Both are worth doing, especially the sea ones for the wonderful coral reef and the variety of fish you can see.
The diving center guides made all our sea excursions unforgettable, especially Otto, very nice and very competent.
The resort entertainment, however, was almost non-existent.

We stayed from 10 to 17 October.
Resort is very modern!
The strength is definitely the cleanliness, the weak point the kitchen, very good at recycling but the meat and fish too marinated, the buffet really a jumble of mismatched ingredients. After 15 mi from the opening of the restaurant all the trays are smudged, if you want a salad is always soaked in water.
To report the drinks manager in the very rude outdoors, we after having answered badly during a lunch we moved to the internal room... (although he seems to enjoy esteem from the maitre d ). Francorosso has a soft animation so for the shows you have to go to Fantazia (Resort adjacent Bravo ).Animation ok 👌.
Spectacular sea with coral reef worth the trip.
Garden with attention to detail.
Quality fitness area.
Clean room and very organized spa room.
Of note is the constant and annoying insistence of sellers of massage packages, excursions, photos ... if one goes to the beach wants to be quiet and not be harassed every 5 minutes. Ultimately a destination to recommend for the sea, cleanliness and kindness of the staff that apart from some elements was professional and kind.At the airport beware of porters scams...

The Resort is new, very nice, well maintained; rooms, common areas and manicured gardens. Numerous and attentive staff, controlled by property owner. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with a variety of exceptional foods. Note to me positive: breakfast can be made from seven in the morning! Pier from which you can access the sea to observe the coral reef; crystal clear water; well-organized excursions, pharaonic spa... Possibility to take long walks along the sea. What more could you ask for?

Premium rooms are in buildings 1,2,3,4,5,6, they are spacious, modern, clean. Accommodation is in building 7 above the Sirena reception, Premium Executive rooms are in building 9, one level below the reception, closer to the beach and restaurant with its own swimming pool. In the upper right corner of the map, the main restaurant overlooks the sea, below the restaurant there is a bar with snacks and drinks, also overlooking the sea, on a slope. Sirena - a modern facility with less greenery, two separated beaches. Fantazia - a lot of greenery, high occupancy around the pools and on the beach. There is a place to walk and run, I needed a few loops along less frequented alleys to cover 5 km, but that's what I expected. There was also a very well-equipped gym with machines, treadmills and bikes.
Food: delicious, tasty, appetizing. A very wide selection, from breakfast through lunch and snacks to dinner. A lot of different salads, meats, grilled dishes, seafood, burgers, pizza, pastas, pastas, desserts, fruit and ice cream, there was even a gluten-free and lactose-free corner. Part in the attached photos. Some chefs from Italy prepared pizzas and pastas, often 4 types of pasta with sauces. Two soups to choose from. Most of them were prepared live, even ice cream wafers were baked on the spot at the ice cream stand. The best food we've had in Egypt so far.
