I consider my stay at the Soloutel Dream Resort & Spa a success. After reaching the hotel, we were given a room immediately, but to get there we had to wait 20 minutes. The staff did not allow us to take our suitcases and get to the room on our own. After this time, the employee took us to the room, but we spent the next half an hour waiting for our suitcases. Of course, the employees didn't want to leave the room without baksheesh. A very nice atmosphere is created by the houses where you won't find any luxuries, gold, etc. The ceiling is covered with bricks and the biggest disadvantage of the room is the lack of light (apart from the bedside lamps and the desk lamps). The balcony doors were soundproof, we had a room right next to the pool and it didn't bother us at all. The meals were good, but monotonous. A big plus for original drinks such as Fanta, Cola, Schwepps, etc. The pool and beach are clean, there is always a place for a sun lounger. The animators are fine, they organize attractions both on the beach and in the swimming pool (for older and younger people :). Coral reefs in the sea - an unforgettable sight. You can see huge turtles, rays, and many species of fish (including poisonous ones :). Beach/pool towels are new every day and can also be replaced during the day.

The stay at the hotel was successful, although the rating should have been 4 * and not 5 *.
The facility is decorated in Egyptian style, which gives it an atmosphere.
Spacious rooms, cleaned every day.
A garden with beautiful flowers, well-kept by gardeners.
Meals - a large selection of food, everyone could find something for themselves, although if you count on seafood, you can enjoy it only once a week.
Drinks - a bar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks open both by the pool and by the beach, the selection is ok, although their alcohol is terribly weak and the syrups are terribly sweet, there was plenty of water in the dispensers, both in the restaurant and at the bars.
Animations - great animators, they were able to engage both older and youngest hotel guests in the fun.
Reef - it is not very close to the shore, but with a little effort you can see a turtle, a moray eel and a stingray there.
Service - flawless.

Food was not very good. Buffet didn't look pretty. Had something to do with a clearance. Staff not very friendly unless you tipped.... Room however nice big and clean. Bathing landscape beautiful. A little too few sun loungers/umbrellas

The hotel is lovely. Garden beautiful. Gardeners always working. Rooms are cleaned daily and cleaners superb with towel art and making sure everything is as good as possible. We have issue with air conditioning. Currently 30C in our room and impossible to relax or sleep. It is warmer inside than outside. Will try to sort it out tomorrow and will update this review accordingly. Hopefully we can improve the experience. The food is delightful. Good choice. Mainly catering towards Italians but that is ok as we love Italian food and it is of high quality. Staff very very friendly and lovely. We miss our waiter Wael who seems to have disappeared but he made our stay so much better with his smile. The beach is amazing. Water turquoise and crystal clear. The pools are clean and the guy responsible for the pool area is tip top. Keeping it all perfect Pending the room air conditioning resolution we would recommend this hotel. The air conditioning has been resolved straight away. Arrived from a hot whole day trip to inviting cool room and a great sleep. They also fixed the shower which had tiny problem with a seal without us even asking for it. Can't imagine what else I could request from this hotel. It is brilliant.

Beautiful vacation and place. Local people amazing, kind. Trips into the desert either by ATV or animals. Amazing trips from the diving center right in the hotel, nice and helpful people on the beach will help you with that, so I recommend taking trips from local people=(better price and trip than the delegate my opinion). I'm already looking forward to my next vacation at Dream Lagoon 🌴🌵🐬🐠🪸💓💓🪸🐠🐬🌵.

Poorly organized structure…
Non-existent room cleaning;
Non-existent air conditioning in the lobby and restaurant;
Not to mention the supplement required at check out for a dirty face towel... given that a woman wearing makeup has to be careful if she soils the towel!!!
Have mercy, I'll pay for the towel but you have to make your ridiculous structure work properly!!!

I recently stayed at Soulotel Dream Resort & Spa in Marsa Alam, and while the staff was friendly and attentive, the overall experience was disappointing. The beach is nice, though it sometimes has litter. Unfortunately, the accommodation was subpar – the air conditioning and TV didn’t work properly, there was no hot water, and the furnishings were old. The food was repetitive and lacked variety, and the alcoholic beverages were of poor quality and served in limited quantities. This hotel has potential, but it needs significant improvements.

The holiday in this hotel was great. We had a large room, cleaning without problems, very helpful and smiling staff and excellent food. The sea is very beautiful, clear and suitable for families with children, because it is shallow for a long time. Thank you very much for everything and we look forward to coming back next year.

Staff tragically. The food is terrible.
Terrible managers. Despite the changes, the rooms are hopeless.
We were with my wife.
We advise against it. Everyone complained.
We go three times a year to even three-star hotels, but this one is simply a mistake.
