My boyfriend and I stayed for a week in this beautiful Resort. For me it wasn't the first time in Egypt so I didn't have very high expectations about food and cleanliness. However, as far as cleanliness is concerned, I was surprised because the structure is well cared for, clean and some rooms are totally new, in fact ours was also equipped with Smart TV. The beach and the sea are fantastic, there is a beautiful coral reef. Unfortunately, however, we did not use it much because of the strong wind. In my opinion I would recommend visiting Marsa Alam at a time other than winter, as the water was cold and the wind disturbed a lot. All the staff is committed and works hard to make everything work better, they are always available, kind, ready to accommodate every need and complaint of the customer. It is a very large resort, which is why it offers a shuttle service inside; there are 3 swimming pools and 3 restaurants.
