The Resort is medium in size.

I had a great time for many reasons which I will list briefly:

great attention to cleanliness

the entire staff is very kind (believe me, I have rarely found such a level), all available to help in case of need or otherwise.

The room service is of a high standard and the guy is really kind and has always been helpful especially on the first day. A sincere thank you

Another thanks to the two restaurant managers who are particularly attentive to everyone's needs.

Thanks to the guys at the massage center who allowed me a valid package of decontracting treatments at reasonable prices. They always put that little bit extra into the human relationship when giving massages.

I will remind you that the Alpitour entertainment boys and girls have never bonded so well as on this holiday at Happy Life in Marsa Alam. Manuela, the Alpitour assistant always available and friendly.

A special mention to the Resort Director Mr. Atef Osman. I had a problem and he immediately took charge of the situation to resolve it.
A very kind person, but also very attentive to the customer's needs, with an exquisite friendliness.

Another mention for the Italian chef, Mrs. Rosa who cooks expertly making us find, in an international restaurant, always our Italy and never like us Italians, we are demanding about food.
Thank you, it will be pleasantly remembered 😁
I will certainly also keep, thanks to you, a beautiful memory of the Happy Life.

Had another fantastic holiday! It is true that the rooms are a bit outdated, but everything is super clean. The rooms are cleaned very neatly every day. The food is fantastic. There is more than enough choice at every meal. In the evening there are always 2 types of pasta, there is always chicken, beef, rice, potatoes, 2 types of soup,... Plenty of choice! The food is very tasty. This was my 10th time in Egypt, the second time in Happy Life, and in other hotels I always had a little stomach ache, never in Happy Life!
Everyone is incredibly friendly: the management, the reception, the chefs, the pool guys, the beach guys,... You can't ask anyone the wrong thing.
In the afternoon you can eat hamburgers, pizza and fries by the pool and everything is fine there too.
The only disadvantage are the salesmen from the spa, diving center, safari, ... who come to bother you twice a day on the beach. This can be solved by attaching a red flag to your parasol.
This hotel is highly recommended for a holiday with sun, sea, beach and snorkeling enthusiasts.

We will definitely come back!

We spent 2 weeks in this beautiful village and would stay there again!!! Great welcome from our first entrance, always smiling and helpful staff. The rooms for those who do not stay in the new blocks around the relaxation pool area, it is true are a bit dated but spacious and functional while the bathrooms could be improved. There are beautiful swimming pools for adults and children, even with slides and 18 holes to play minigolf! We are in Egypt and the cuisine is varied but spicy but satisfies a little 'all palates and then there is Angelo, the dear and very nice Italian chef who every day for lunch bakes pizza or in the evening at the Dolce Vita restaurant serves you excellent dishes. Excellent cleaning both in the rooms and in the common areas. Well-kept beach with hammocks and swing to capture beautiful sunrises and then beyond the pier a spectacular barrier that you can appreciate by snorkeling or diving inside the village. The animation welcomed us immediately with the fantastic sympathy of Simona who with Giulia, Julia and the international animation team made this holiday full of smiles and really nice moments!!!!😀😀😀😀

My family and I spent a week at this Resort, we enjoyed it. Let’s start from the restaurant: abundant variety of both Italian and international food, pasta present both at noon and in the evening. Two varieties of soup only in the evening, bread in good quantity, fruit and desserts, vegetables and mousse always present. In the outside in the evening a lady prepares a very good type of bread is worth tasting and always outside grilled chicken or fish are prepared.
The rooms are a bit dated, we had the double room communicating with that of our daughters, so we had 2 bathrooms (both with bath) spacious, there was also the bidet. Towels were changed every day. A special note of credit to Amin the guy who tidied up the room, really very good and kind.
Pool area always impeccable, clean with sun loungers and umbrellas always available. Try the juices (freshly squeezed) and the cocktails at the Mango Tango bar, here you pay but they are worth tasting. Very scrupulous and attentive the lifeguard of the pool and the jetty on the beach (Mohammed), is also very nice. At noon except Sundays in the pool bar they serve a delicious pizza, prepared by Angelo the Italian chef of the Resort. He also runs the kitchen of the La Dolce Vita restaurant that is absolutely worth trying (excellent linguine with crab pulp and grilled fish).
At the reception the staff is very friendly and speaks quite good Italian, as well as the guides who accompany on the various excursions.
Entertainment present but not "oppressive," in the evening the shows last until about 10.30 pm.
Recommendation to stay at this Resort also because (quite importantly) it is only 20 minutes from the airport.

My boyfriend and I stayed for a week in this beautiful Resort.
For me it wasn't the first time in Egypt so I didn't have very high expectations about food and cleanliness.
However, as far as cleanliness is concerned, I was surprised because the structure is well cared for, clean and some rooms are totally new, in fact ours was also equipped with Smart TV.
The beach and the sea are fantastic, there is a beautiful coral reef. Unfortunately, however, we did not use it much because of the strong wind.
In my opinion I would recommend visiting Marsa Alam at a time other than winter, as the water was cold and the wind disturbed a lot.
All the staff is committed and works hard to make everything work better, they are always available, kind, ready to accommodate every need and complaint of the customer.
It is a very large resort, which is why it offers a shuttle service inside; there are 3 swimming pools and 3 restaurants.
The hotel has a main international restaurant with self-service; an Italian restaurant “Dolce Vita” run by an Italian chef; and finally a hamburger shop (the latter two are à la carte restaurants, but a dinner is offered during the stay, then if you want to return dinner will be charged)
About the food of the international restaurant is never repetitive, it always offers different dishes, there is pasta every day and has a wide choice of desserts for both lunch and dinner.
Unfortunately, oriental food is very spicy and different from Italian food, so those who do not like the taste of spices or have a weak stomach will have several problems.
The hotel offers many types of excursions, but I would like to point out that the prices are excessively high.
We went on a quad safari in the morning which also includes the entrance to Abu Dabbab beach and the excursion to Hamata Island. Honestly the Resort has a heavenly sea and there is no need to move, especially when there is a lot of wind and does not even make the beauty of the sea. In addition, the sellers are a bit nagging trying to sell any kind of excursion at all costs.
Every night there are different shows, often they come from outside to entertain.
Last but not least, I can not but name all the animation staff, composed of nice, funny and sunny guys. Especially Solly and Shams who stood out for their goodness and willingness to work, doing their best work.
I highly recommend this resort.

The hotel is older and it shows - cracked slats at the entrance to the pools, knobs on furniture doors falling off, bathtub with a curtain, stone on the tap spout, etc., cleanliness as for Egypt - ok. Don't expect any luxuries here, because there are none, but... it has a nice, relaxed atmosphere - without "getting through tissue paper" and ball gowns at dinner ;) The air conditioning in the rooms works great, the food - a moderately large selection, but we really liked it it tasted good - so it's more of a matter of taste. The evening show - once during the week-long stay - was at a quite high level - male and female dancers, a live band, etc., on the other days it was rather average, but people were laughing, having fun, taking part in competitions - and that's probably the point. Cool animations during the day, e.g. aquagym, zumba, etc. - the animators do their job. A lazy river - very lazy - only two jets worked to move the water, so while lying on the inflatable you rather stood still or had to "paddle" to swim. However, the biggest advantage was that at any time of the day you could easily find sun loungers and an umbrella on the beach or by the pool - whether it was 9 am, 11 am or 2 pm! There were never queues on the water slides (2-3 people in a queue), there is also another quite large swimming pool in a quiet part of the hotel, where there is no animation, music, etc. The beach is nice - the entrance is sandy + pieces of reef, so it is better to have shoes for water, although it is not necessary - in the shallows the reef is dead and eroded - there are no colors, there are quite few fish, but the azure water is great. In turn, the reef at the pier is very extensive and colorful (but quite deep, so sometimes the colors are muted), we saw thousands of fish, rays, turtles and even a shark. The wind was a plus and a minus - during the week there were only 3 days of a green or yellow flag, on the remaining days it was a red flag due to large waves - so you could only swim in the shallows (no entry from the pier), but the heat was not that bothersome . Before arrival, you don't have to go to currency exchange offices to get a small tip - the waiters ask if you want to change it ;) In Egypt, I have always stayed in 5* hotels and I believe that unless someone has very high expectations, a hotel is the best option. ok - I would love to come here again.

I stayed at this property a week as a family.
Arrival at night, restaurant open for a small snack.
Not at all obvious and much appreciated.
The rooms a little dated, especially the bathroom, pillows not very comfortable but soundproofed and very clean. A third bed boar and not the usual sofa bed.
Above average cuisine, well maintained structure, functional and familiar. Staff always smiling and friendly. I tried the spa, reasonable prices, recommended.
Unlike many other facilities, good availability for last check out.
At a very affordable price.
Meals also included on the day of departure.
There have been so many finesses that I rarely find in hotels around the world. Beautiful entertainment, Italian entertainers and not discreet and professional.
Would stay again.
Thank you, everyone.

We have visited this hotel several times due to the quality of service and accommodation. Compared to last year, they have improved their services even more.
Immediately upon arrival, use of All Inclusive services.
The rooms are nice, cleaned daily, the food is very varied and varied, themed dinners, the service is very nice and fast.
Buffet lunches by the pool - fries, burgers, tortillas, pizza, vegetables, fruit.
Beautifully clean sea, coral full of underwater life. We saw dolphins twice from the pier.
We will definitely be back next year.

We stayed from 15 to 21 December 2024, me, my wife and my son.
The room was really dirty, dust everywhere, (my son is allergic to it).
Service even too apprehensive, you can not stay in the pool 5 minutes that want to sell you excursions / treatments at out-of-this-world prices, when politely waste treats you badly. Children's pools with frozen water that you can not put your feet in the water .
Great buffet food and service the same, Italian restaurant to avoid the food was really of the latest quality, the activities within the resort are short-lived it seems that they are all in a hurry,
Disorganized and rude diving all seem to have come out of jail
