Last May I returned to Hilton Marsa Alam Nubian Resort. I don't count anymore how many times I have been there, I just go back. I don't have to write about the hotel itself anymore, that's done enough before. I just want to mention the staff members that this time were in charge of taking care. Starting with the front office and Mossab and his team assuring "my" room upon arrival. For the Housekeeping, special thanks to Attia, Tarek and Omar. The room has been perfect during the whole stay. Ashraf and his team were present for a very clean pool and beach, special thoughts for Achmed preparing my sunbeds in the morning. Thanks to Hany, the bars manager, checking for the right cocktail, and not overdone with alcohol. And of course the restaurant. Gamal and Abdelhamid you have a great team. Thanks a lot to Hossam, Aziz, Achmed (the smaller one), Zahry, Alaa, chef Amr and the kitchen and all the staff around. Everything was perfect, I couldn't ask for more. Please take care all of you and see you back in November.

The hotel definitely stands out in terms of the quality of services offered. The service deserves the highest rating. The kitchen offers tasty meals, taking care of diversity (mainly dinners). Chefs often make sure that nothing is missing. The service has always been smiling and helpful. At the Hilton Marsa Alam you can feel very comfortable because of the amenities at the hotel (I recommend massage), as well as by the warm but unobtrusive service crew. Waiters and barmans (special thanks to Ahmed from the Kush bar and Abass from the Breezees - both gentlemen are amazing!) They are polite, funny, and due Polish language speaking they get the sympathy of Polish guests. The hotel organizes modest attractions both during the day and in the evening, which animators encourage, but do not force. The hotel beach is within 7-10 minutes. walk from the main building, but for people who value comfort every 20 minutes, hotel bus-tram transporting guests. The road to the beach leads through a paved sidewalk along which vegetation grows, every few meters there are miniatures of Egypt's most famous luxury, which makes the route a nice and interesting walk. On the beach there are a lot of umbrellas with sunbeds and "screens" made of cane. The service cares about the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms. The bathrooms are fully equipped. An Egyptian works at the reception who speaks Polish well (unfortunately I forget his name). Many thanks for a nice welcome! Other people at the reception are also nice and professional. The entire service team speaks English, from reception staff, to waiters, chefs, barmans, to cleaners. The beach and hotel are guarded at every exit, so you never lose your sense of security.

This was my sixth visit to this hotel but the first in a new reality. The hotel is approximately 30 km from the airport on Abu Dabbab Bay. My temperature was measured at the entrance to the hotel. The staff works with masks and gloves, they are definitely not comfortable but I did not notice them complaining, there are shutters at the reception desk and in many places containers with disinfectant liquid. There were two masks and a disinfectant in the room, so I thought that guests also needed masks, but you didn't have to wear them. I had a large room with a view of the pool, cleaned every day, water was also refilled. Before each entrance to the restaurant, the temperature was measured, cutlery is served in a bag, and there was also a disinfecting wipe. The drinks are brought by the waiter and the buffets are approached, but the food is gived by the employee. I liked the food, especially the desserts, very much, I counted on the fact that due to the situation there may be limitations, but there was a lot of food. The Ministry of Health introduced restrictions on the number of guests in hotels, there was approximately 30% occupancy. There were guests from Egypt and Poland as well as a few Ukrainians, Swiss and Czechs who came with us. The pools were open, and bar on main pool was open. Animation was also limited but there was aerobics in the pool and belly dancing and live music in the evenings. There was also foam fun and dinner on the beach on Friday. Snacks were served by the pool and on the beach. I could relax in silence and without people, being the only one by the pool or in the buzzing by the main pool where there was music and guests. Although it was a bit windy in the bay you could go swimming watching the reef, fish and turtles. I had a lot of anxiety before leaving, but I rested very well and the holiddays passed quickly. It remains to be hoped that we will be able to fly again soon.

As tourist agents, we go both on vacation and to work, so we evaluate each place differently in terms of our clients. When offering a trip, we like to have full knowledge. In our opinion, Hilton is a safe choice for people who value comfort, large hotel infrastructure and a sense of peace and quiet at the same time. A large number of guests, visible only during meals, are not visible during the day, because they are spread out in different available places, by the beach, several swimming pools or in hotel bars. The food is varied, well-prepared and tasty, pasta corner, healthy corner, lots of vegetables, fruit and a huge selection of sweets. Drinks quite sweet but tasty, the only whiskey did not suit us. spacious and comfortable room, cosmetics (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, shower gel) replenished after use, cleaned daily, a bottle of water to the room replenished daily. A very big advantage of the hotel is the service, very friendly, sympathetic and helpful. It is very convenient that on arrival we were taken with our luggage in a melex to the place of accommodation and on departure also picked up the luggage from the room. I didn't really use the animation, I saw that there were foam parties, zumba and aqua aerobics, 2 times a week. My only pity was that the main pool in January was not heated (there were 2 others), it was lovely but too cold to swim. A short distance from the hotel is a beach with a bar, situated in Abu Dabbab Bay, which is famous for its beauty and turtles. In the bar, you can enjoy lunch without going back to the hotel. The biggest downside to the hotel is the Italian a la carte restaurant which was just poor. Overall a hotel worth visiting, but more for those looking for peace on vacation, there is a kids club in the hotel, but there was not much entertainment for children, unless the reef is enough.

I stayed one week with a small child in January and was so impressed with the service, facilities and location. The rooms are elegant yet comfortable and contain colorful Arabian touches, and the grounds are stunning, with palm trees, bougainvillea and hibiscus. The architecture is discreet and more in tune with the natural surroundings than other resorts in Southern Egypt. Walking the grounds was magical! We were pleased with the buffet and the different themed dinners, and the breakfast was abundant. We also liked the option of the light lunch on the beach. The house reef is a haven for turtles and colorful coral and easy to snorkel even for beginners or small children, as part of the reef is protected by the wind and currents by the bay. The staff are patient, friendly and attentive and Mossab and Mohamed in reception are exceptional. We are looking forward to our return.

The hotel has one of the finest locations at the beautiful Marsa Alam. The landscape was flourished and joyful, pools are wide and clean same as the beach. Staff and animation team were absolutely cheerful and friendly, we had so much fun and activities with them even they made a very special Halloween party for the visitors, and a Birthday party for my friend. Rooms are clean and have a beautiful views over the landscape or the pools, they were frequently cleaned and sanitized, also supplied with face masks. I would like to thank all the staff for this wonderful experience especially mr. Mohamed the restaurant manager, Ahmed the waiter, Jacob and Liza from the Animation team. I went there with my family , we enjoyed everything,the hotel was very luxury and awesome, the wonderfull staff at the hotel bar were very kind, helpful and provide an elegant service, special thanks to Mr. Ahmed kimo ( waiter kosher) who was very friendly, has a very great hospitality, carful with guest's requests and has a very awesome smile as well as Mr. Ramadan khattab (Captain Bar).
The food was of good quality and delicious, every thing was sanitised,all the employees were compliant with safety measures wearing masks and gloves all the time, they really made us enjoyed our stay.
It is worthy to say that Hilton Hotel is located in front of "Abu Dabbab Bay" one of the best sandy beaches in Marsa Alam region but is deserved better known as being one of the few places in the world where you can sometimes scuba diving and Snorkeling and enjoy watching the colourful reefs and turtles.
Besides, the animation team was well organized and presented nice nightshows.
I would really Recommend to visit Hilton Marasa Alam.
Things to keep in mind (You have to visit Sharm Lolli beach and Qala'an vally.

Hilton Marsa Alam Nubian Resort made our visit to Marsa Alam fantastic, we met Aya Rabei from guest relations who was absolutely friendly and helpful through the whole stay, she helped us with everything we needed. The food was amazing and the chief is very nice he made us special plates for dinner and he was very welcoming and the food tasted excellent. We enjoyed snorkeling (we saw a turtle) we also enjoyed relaxing by the pool and having drinks that we also enjoyed thanks to Ali our favorite bar waiter. The housekeeping was very nice and the room was always clean, the waiters and waitresses allover the hotel were absolutely friendly and welcoming and made us feel like home (specially the main restaurant)

We stayed at the Hilton Nubian Resort for 3 nights in Nov 2020. Staff followed Covid protocols and wore masks. Hotel was about 20% capacity. We stayed in room 1819 that has a balcony and a partial view of the ocean and garden.
The room has a king sized bed and all usual amenities like tv, fridge, etc. WiFi was slow from the room - you need to go to the lobby to get better WiFi speed.
Food is all inclusive but it needs more varieties. Breakfast had limited options and is the same every day we’ve been.
The hotel has 4 pools but we didn’t see many guests at the pool. Most guests go to the nearby beach. It’s about a 5-10 min walk or take the trolley and they drive you down to the beach.
The beach in front of the hotel is not swimmable because of coral reefs, but you just need to walk another 100 m to the right, and you can swim there. There were plenty of beach chairs and beds for use. There are also a few stores you can buy souvenirs from. There is also a nice juice bar called Zaza Fresh (behind the first lifeguard tower) - they had delicious drinks and smoothies!

My self and my husband stayed from the 4th to the 18. I have been to various parts of egypt and and many hotels over the past 10 years or so I do know what to expect from hotels in egypt the hilton was very clean and could not fault the way the staff were with hands sanitizers and cleaning tables etc rooms were spacious and clean although the balcony furniture was in need of a clean. Staff were friendly and would do anything they could for you if it was possible food was what you would expect for an all inclusive in egypt and very samey I am a picky eater but I was OK as there was bread and cheese and fruit and coconut macoroons there was always plenty of sun beds on the beach now for the not so good there did not seem to be a lot of comfort in the public areas in the bars etc the seats in the lobby area were not very comfy and there is a lack of bars on an evening 2 lobby and axis which holds kid disco and is the only place to can sit in comfort which was dissopointing the cocktail menu consist of 3 which got boring but I was told it was going to be change and did sample some of them and they were good. Would like to prise the hotel and staff for the way in which they handled the coronavirus situation as by the time we left the place was nearly empty overall I would go back in a year or so

Przy plaży hotelowej nie można wchodzić do wody - młoda rafa. Trzeba przejść spacerkiem około 200 metrów w prawo, na plażę publiczną (goście hiltona mają tam za darmo leżaki) i tam masz łagodne wejście do morza z rafą praktycznie od brzegu.
