Superb hotel, spacious, ultra clean! It is a human-sized complex, very well maintained (a special mention to gardeners who excel in the maintenance of all the green spaces that make this place paradisiacal! Beautiful beds, flowers, various palm trees, bougainvillea... golf course-worthy lawn in the desert!)
The common areas are permanently disinfected, smell oriental scent , as are the rooms which are very well maintained...!
The restaurant very well and the cuisine excellent! the dishes are varied, a different theme each evening, on a cycle of 15 days... there is really something for all tastes, impossible not to find his happiness... from grills to pasta buffet made by chef Antonio, oriental salads, perfectly spicy Egyptian dishes, steamed vegetables, fish, 2 soups per day different...
the waiters and all the hotel staff are smiling, efficient, friendly, and ultra responsive and really nice! Fresh breads fresh from the oven, prepared minutely by an Egyptian mom...
A fresh juice bar the zaza bar (surcharge, paying directly to the waiter of 2eur the orange juice at 4.5 eur, coktails) is next to the pool and in the main restaurant, their fresh juices are excellent!
The concept of the beach bar is very convenient to eat on the go, but not in buffet formula, and served at the table! A real plus and comfort , and very well thought out for hygiene! All with an air of local oriental music, overlooking the beautiful lagoon...
The beach boys are a kindness and at your service for the installation of windbreakers, mattresses beach maintained and cleaned every day. Beautiful lagoon with a lot of fish visible by snorkeling directly on the beach (for super practical little children especially) or by access via the pontoon on the coral reef... a wide variety at 2steps and directly to the hotel!!! It is really convenient and beautiful!
Choose the rooms near the sea to be quieter but overall it is a hotel for families and where it is quiet.. no overflows or noise nuisance.. decent public, ideal for resting there. The animation team is present but discreet so for those who want it, fun and sports activities are organized all day. The score of 5 is deserved, we
will definitely come back! Only small flat, the pool water is cold but considering the beauty of the lagoon and the sea for us the beach was more worth it....

A week in November with temperatures between 24 and 30 degrees, the resort is beautiful with well-kept gardens, swimming pools, gym and many services.
The cuisine is international, you can find anything except obviously pork, among other things there is a very good chef who worked in Rome and makes perfect Italian pasta. The Italian animation guys (Ivan, Pier and Julia) are very nice and not intrusive, in fact they put us at ease. We recommend the "Megasafari" excursion which at a cost of 50 euros took us around the desert both with quads and off-road vehicles, giving us the chance to see an incredible sunset complete with a Bedouin dinner in a tent and a folklore show. Georges is also very good and takes care of organizing guest transfers and excursions. Unfortunately the sea water was very cold and therefore very few swims, we made up for it with the swimming pools and the very fun mega slides. Inside the village there is a "clinic" and a pharmacy, as well as several shops, so there is no need to go out if necessary. We drank drinks with ice without any problems, evidently the purification and filtering work very well.

We went as a family at the beginning of May to this hotel. First of all, the hotel is located right next to the airport which is very convenient for transfers. (No noise pollution)
The room is very spacious with a small bathroom. Cleaning was done every day. The bedding was very good. We still had quilts which made the nights a little warm but we didn't have sheets to cover ourselves so we often slept with the window open. Obviously, there was air conditioning but it was still not warm enough to turn it on at night for our liking.
There are two large, very well maintained swimming pools with enough sun loungers for everyone this May. The swimming pool with slides is very nice for children. there is also a bar nearby. The large swimming pool is very pleasant with a swim-up bar and activities organized around it. There is something for everyone: water polo, beach volleyball, aquagym, darts, yoga, etc.
The beach is located right next to the hotel. It is very pleasant with lots of deck chairs and a pontoon from which you can dive and see the fish, but you don't even need to dive to see them because they are visible from the pontoon. The only downside of the beach are the sellers who bother you a little too often for my taste, whether for a Quad ride, a camel ride, a massage, braids, diving lessons, etc. we saw at the end of your stay that it was possible to put a red band on the parasol which is a sign that they should not come to bother you so think about it if you don't like that. Besides, everything is negotiable in Egypt (even if I hate doing that! You won't have a choice) Don't forget to take enough change with you for tipping)
There is a kids club (but it doesn’t speak French) that didn’t stop my children from going there. In the evening, there is also the mini disco and another show afterwards. It's very varied and nice.
The buffet restaurant is varied: there is a different theme every day. There's a little bit of everything so there's something to satisfy everyone even if sometimes it's a little repetitive but like everywhere in all-ins. There is also an a la carte restaurant once during the stay but we did not go there.

We took the opportunity to go on an excursion to Luxor.
We really enjoyed our stay with very good and pleasant weather throughout the stay. we were pleasantly surprised by Egypt and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is modern and comfortable. Staff speak English and partly German. Everyone is friendly and accommodating.
The food is fantastic! None of our group of 4 people had any digestive complaints.
Beauty and spa salon we liked very much. Jasemeen at the reception speaks not only German and English but also Russian and is very competent, friendly and always in a good mood.
Shushu gave me a massage. A real professional, although still very young!
Massage in Egypt is really a must for us Europeans - cost about a quarter of what we have to pay at home for comparable.
We stayed in Abu Dabbab and Luxor - everything was perfectly organized.
Our rooms were cleaned every day and lovingly decorated with towel creations.
This is especially commendable that none of the providers on the beach has annoyed. No was accepted.
We are very pleased and will come back next year.

I stayed at Sea beach with my 10 and 13 year old daughters at the beginning of August and returned for 5 days in total relaxation alone.
The structure overall is excellent, especially the cleanliness of the common areas and the rooms is truly commendable. The beautiful and spacious rooms are very well looked after and the common areas are equally well looked after, with two beautiful swimming pools, one equipped with slides for children and the other overlooking the beach.
Beach equipped with spaces to swim in Riva and still see the coral reef which you can reach directly from the pier.
Staying with Nicolaus I have to compliment the Italian entertainment staff who are not at all intrusive but always ready to involve especially my daughters who never wanted to leave. A special thanks to Elisa from the mini club followed by Caterina junior club, Federico, Matteo and Riccardo guys who are always kind, helpful and smiling.
Another special thanks to Hassan, responsible Nicolaus on site who satisfies your every need and tries to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, always ready to solve all your problems with a smile.
We cannot forget George, a highly trained guide who is always ready to answer our every curiosity.
Visiting Luxor with children in 44 degree temperatures was not easy but he made this trip, like other trips, unforgettable.
As for the cuisine, it is international with a corner dedicated to pasta and pizza is often also offered.
Overall I reiterate an excellent value for money and certainly a structure to recommend!

I stayed overnight from 17 to 24 October and I have been spending holidays at The Three Corners Sea Beach for several years and this time I involved the whole family of 13 people. What can I say, a very beautiful village, close to the airport, 8 km away, our rooms were divided between blocks 3100 on the ground floor with greenery, first floor with balcony and block 8000 completely renovated with a very large room and all with king size beds which on request becomes a large double bed. Thorough cleaning, international themed food, excellent Italian evening, meat and fish every day with a large quantity of side dishes, pasta cooked on the spot by the excellent chef who speaks Italian very well and Arabic bread cooked in front of us on the spot, really Fantastic. Large central swimming pool fully equipped with bar, water park for adults and children with fantastic water games and 2 slides for the joy of older children and also in this area bar service, equipped and well-kept sandy beach with beach bar where you can also eat lunch, daily change of bath towels, reef full of fish accessible from a beautiful pier with Italian-run diving. Staff always very friendly and ready to solve any problem. A personal thank you to Mostafa general manager reception, to Rafi for the excellent first courses, to Nasra always smiling and kind in welcoming guests at the entrance to the restaurant and to all the other operators working at the resort. Ultimately what can I say, a village recommended for families with or without small children. I will definitely return next year.

We have visited in December and can really recommend the place. Beautiful resort, nicely decorated for christmas. Heated pools (aquapark and one additional pool in "adult" area - though small you can comfortably swim a little as it's divided in half with depths 120cm and 180cm).
Food was quite tasty and not too repetetive (except for breakfast though it's same story everywhere), though base of dishes was often the same (same meats/vegetables) so you could sense some "re-using", but that only means they try to use fresh ingridients and don't want to waste food. Overall we were happy with the food.

Amazing staff, starting with reception through waiters/waitresses, barkeeps, cleaning crew all the way to the animation team. Warm greetings to Sam, Kai and Hussain! Special ones to Sam and Kai from Big Boss Igi :)

There are several facilities available in the resort like shops, spa and you can buy excursion/transfer. They are not brazen at all and you can even put on red "flag" (tape) on the umbrella to let them know you are not interested at all. Keep in mind Marsa Alam region is known for being tourist hotel base with not much local life, places to see so you are pretty much limited to what's in the hotel and the prices can be higher (i.e we bought frdge magnet in Port Ghalib for 1$ whilst it was 3$ for smaller ones in the hotel etc.)

We found the hotel accessible (travelled with child in strolley) with ramps everywhere. Restaurant had baby chairs for infants and kid zone with small chairs and tables for bigger kids next to small zone with food for kids. Tables were set by the wait staff and pretty much each dinner had a theme that you couid see in food, tablecloth and staff's attire.

Visually it's a beautiful resort, well kept with lots of greens (grass, flowers, palms and other tress etc.). Beach was quite long, sand rather pressed, but you could find some loose one to build sand castle. Nice reef, but fish were swimming even next to coastline so you could admire them even though only knee deep- Even the big ones were coming very close and were not frightened - hotel makes sure reef is treated with respect wiht various informations and security - I recommend you get yourself SPF that's reef friendly before coming in though you can probably buy one in the shop.

I'll start by saying that the village is very beautiful and well kept, it has a spectacular view of the sea and the coral reef which you can admire by taking a mask and fins and going onto the pier. The food is good and especially on the Egyptian evening you can taste Egyptian cuisine, much appreciated by those who love spices. The rooms are spacious and clean and the restaurant, bar, housekeeping and reception staff are welcoming and friendly. The animation activities are very varied and that is why everyone can take part in them. Greetings to the three animators of Italian animation (Ivan, Pier and Julia), very nice and engaging guys. Thanks also to the two pier lifeguards who are very attentive, prompt and serious in their work (Baha ul-din and Mohamed Ismail). And thanks also to the three guys from the Bedouin tent and the shop who made us discover the art of home-made and the use of sand. I recommend going to the Bedouin tent to taste their characteristic drinks and to discover Arab culture. So cheers to Aladdin, Mory and Moustafa. Speaking instead of excursions and activities outside the village, I recommend first of all going to see the stable located in front of the village and taking a camel ride or doing a horse race at sunset. I hope to come back soon.

We are returning as a family (7) to this hotel.
Everything was very good, the quality of the meals, the quality and cleanliness of the rooms (we had a family room and a classic room)
The cleanliness and general maintenance of the hotel was impeccable.
The hospitality of the Egyptian staff is well established (5th stay in 5 different establishments).
The slightly cool swimming pool in the morning is not a problem.
We were very disappointed with the three corners in Hurgada at the end of August, but the one in Marsa Alam reconciled us 😊.
Special mention to "mario tattoo" next to the towel center who gave us 2 superb tattoos at very reasonable prices...the hygiene is impeccable and the work is meticulous.

The coral reefs at the end of the pontoon are magnificent, it has been a long time since we have seen such beautiful ones by the sea.

On the other hand, the dive center next to the hotel clearly abuses the prices....50 euros per day by boat +5 euros for mask/fins/snorkels. We spent a lot of time docked at the port or along the coast waiting for I don't know what. we were disappointed especially since in Hurgada it is 35 euros fins/snorkels and masks included and the quality of the places visited is much higher.

Good location close to the airport; resulting in an extremely quick transfer. They had requested a room in a quiet area and so it was. Very spacious, clean both on arrival and during your stay. Bathroom of decent size and fully functional. Room equipped with TV, air conditioning, minibar (extra charge), safe. Water is left available every day.
Good restaurant, with in cook dedicated to pasta, which is cooked very well. Varied and well presented buffet with the possibility to taste all kinds of dishes and something typical. Almost every evening it is set differently to create different atmospheres. Possibility of using indoor and outdoor places (too bad that in part of the outdoor area you can smoke, with relative disturbance given the little education).
Wide beach, well spaced sunbeds. Access to the sea via wharf with a coral reef still well put. It is also possible to access the sea from the beach but do not expect to snorkel. Here is the sea that rules. If I move no bathroom 😐. Entertainment of the resort present but not insistent. Vendors of the various services/excursions also pass by but do not press.
We booked with the TO Nicolaus that you sincerely have never seen. Assistance not received (fortunately there were no problems).
The structure is organized for the management of an international clientele. With a little English, there are no communication problems.
The only negative note but it does not depend on the management: high-flying guests who scream returning late to their rooms and "bored" kids who enjoy knocking on doors at night.
For the location and air you breathe among the staff, I recommend this property.
