Our stay in Marsa Alam, Egypt was a wonderful experience thanks to Ibrahim at Rihana Guest House. Ibrahim responded immediately to our phone calls when we needed directions on the way to Marsa Alam and, when we arrived, greeted us with a beverage of our choice. Our room was spacious and we had a nice balcony with a view of...

Absolutely the most comfortable little guesthouse you can imagine just across the street from the Red Sea. Wake up to the sunrise and start the day with a sweet little breakfast before taking off for a day of diving or snorkeling. The accommodations are roomy and clean & there is a very comfy common area for meeting other guests, watching...

Lovely chatty owner Ibrahim who is very helpful with sorting out transfers to beaches and boat trips and recommendations on places to eat. Guest house was clean and comfortable, well working air conditioning, lots of Mosquitos but not a problem where they were provided. Common room was nice and cool to relax in also. Wifi available in the common room....

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The rooms were clean, the shower was hot and the common area was very comfortable. There is a nice kitchen to cook in but we mostly ordered delivery from great local restaurants. There is beer and water for sale here as well. If I return to Marsa Alam in...

The super friendly owner makes it a comfortable and relaxing environment. Spacious, well maintained, very clean rooms with balconies add to the great value of this place. You can have food and just about anything else delivered, or you can walk into town for a meal. Diving or other excursions can be arranged with zero hassle or up selling. We...

Most of the reviewers speak about the owner, Ibrahim, and his open, friendly personality and willingness to share advice. I fully agree and if my review of lodging was based purely on kindness and friendliness, then Rihana would get high marks. However I feel that visitors should know what to expect when they come to Marsa Alam and to this...

At first glance Marsa Alam might seem deserted and abandoned. Rhianna offers a comfortable guesthouse that is warm and hospitable. Ibrahim more than makes up for the strange first impressions of Marsa Alam with his knowledge and personalized service. Marsa Alam will grow on most with its quiet laidback vibe and it's beautiful coast that has rugged mountains as its...

When I arrived at Rihana after a three and a half hour drive from Aswan, Ibrahim the owner told me that my reservation had been cancelled. It turns out that he was not able to accommodate me for the full four days I had reserved and cancelled the booking soon after I had made it. Note: I had received the...

For all independent travellers: This is your spot. If you are looking for a Egyptian place to stay with really good vibe and atmosphere and you are not "All inclusive person" you will not regret this choice. Ibrahim - The owner is very hospitable and will help you to choose best options for diving and all the secluded beaches. We...
