Staying in this hotel was very good. We really liked the staff here. Especially animators who made us holiday excellent!!! Food and room was also good. And there is a beatufiful reef next to the hotel! ☀

Very good beach from the hotelux, nice food on 'Oriental Day' and the Best Animator Ahmed who can communicate with every age (kids, teenagers, average age). He make very good atmosthere!!! ♡ Guys form house keeping are amazing artists! ☆♤♡♡♤

Ex : Santedo , now hotelux oriental coast is the best for i came to Egypt 16 times 13 from them in this hotel and I never changed it from the first time for me in this place and every year we see New changes and the stuff here are very helpful from the reception the house keeping the animation the barmans everything is really perfect and also the beach is very clean and the workers in beach are kind and the sun with sea is the best ❤️❤️

Nice view from the rooms, everything needed is in place. All inclusive services shows good quality. The best animation team ever, guys are very friendly, specially Americano😉 Quests mainly from Europe. It was great time, definitely will come again😉

After ten years we visited this hotel again. Unfortunately, we were very unpleasantly surprised. The hotel is practically "vacated". The hotel is practically "vacated". If you want the staff to smile at you, you have to pay for it. If you want the services you've paid for to be delivered to you in any decent measure, you have to pay extra. The animation program is a disaster. The food is practically still the same and is not at any gastronomic level.

We are not caprice people about food but in this hotel was Very law quality food. Every day same and sometimes raw and all untasteble. Only one woman cooked there fresh bread at the corner what was very tasty. We was stay in hotel one week and felt always hungry, yes hungry in all inlcusive hotel!!!! Around hotel is emptyness and nowhere to go eat for money. Alchol drinks choice very poore and not drinkble, only beer was OK but it was always warm and always finished. Some days wasnt cold water what is nonsess again in 5* hotel as hotel pretending themselves. In hotel have 3 pools, witch one of them was like dead area, no music and almost time empty of people. In webpage written than nightclub/disco working there but by worker word its closed. Positive things i could see that garden and hotel territory was very nice. Rooms was cleaning every day and service is good when u giving some tip. There is good beach and can make nice snorkling. In hotel area have some markets where is extremely expensive prices. Around hotel nowhere to shop, you need go closest city Porta Ghalib if you want to do shopping. In hotel have many tour company. All tours very expensive, so be ready to pay for them if you not want to be bored at the hotel. Overall i was very dissepointed about all my vacation and put my money what is not worth it. …

Huge hotel in isolated area where you can find everything essential and even souvenirs. There are a lot of bars, 3 pools and several restaurants. Food is rather good. But they run out of beer sometimes. Best food in lunchtime at the beach bar (grilled stuff). Rooms are decent, nothing beautiful but at least AC is working well. Even though the hotel was quite empty, the animation team found the energy and made this stay very pleasant. Special thanks to Africano and Diba 💛
