For a singly the little place I was allocated was ideal. Was welcomed by the owner. There was a heater (bonus) as not that warm that night and an electric blanket (didn't use as quilt warm enough). There was a fridge, kettle and making plus crockery, cutlery and glasses which was a bonus. Only problem was couldn't get kettle under...

My girlfriend and I stayed here for one night and got a room at a more than reasonable price. Room was clean, comfortable and warm. Walking distance to town centre. The customer service we received was what really stood out, they really went above and beyond to help us out when we had car trouble this morning. Recommend this place...

Overall good motel for budget travelers. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in was clean, had fresh towels and complimentary tea & coffee. Seen some complaints about the place, if you expect 5 star accommodation then don't come here. For the price you pay, its great value! I have no complaints :)

This motel is a good budget stopover; its clean, good shower, good kitchenette, the room was behind the main building so no main road noise, good to be on the main road as easy to find and close to the main town, but not near late-night noise, and the office people were friendly and helpful. Improvements would be a new...

A budget motel - older style but partly refurbished (e.g. new vanity in bathroom and new kitchen). Reasonably spacious as older motels tend to be. The couch was terrible, but apart from that we were happy, especially with the price as is probably cheapest 2 bedroom motel we have ever booked. The lady actually dropped price $20 from what it...

Great customer service and loved that a real person answered the phone. That person was Sandy who was able to accommodate us late at night. Provided a key afterhours, had the lights on, helped where to park our big van and was very welcoming and professional. Appreciate your time and patience. The room was clean and tidy.

We stopped in number 3, which on first appearance was a bit tired and shabby. But it has everything that you need, cooker, microwave, fridge and decent tv. Staff were great and procured a hair dryer on request. Not sure if the wifi is free or not, but it is a cheap hotel and beds were clean. Would I stay...

I stayed for 3 nights. Room was tidy and looked out over a balcony. Bathroom was clean and tidy but shower and toilet are in the same room separated by a sliding door. Staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Great location near restaurants, convenience store, supermarket and take away shops.

We stayed in more than a motel room for one night only while driving around the country. Staff were friendly, ( and sweet dog Buddy helps at reception). The room was as advertised. Yes it is budget and you get what you pay for, but I thought it was good value: very spacious, clean and tidy. I liked having a...

A group of 8 of us rented the house for 9 nights and it was the worst accommodation I have ever booked. We travel all over NZ in June every year for the NZIB Federation Nationals and I have booked some amazing houses........but NOT this time. One bathroom shower has no curtain around it, it's in the bath, the 3rd...
