I'm currently staying in Royal M hotel for work, and so far I can give 5 star overall rating for the great service their providing. Aside from the great location wherein it is just a step away from Fujairah Mall, physically, room is spacious, clean and well maintained. Housekeeping staff will make sure that the room is always tidy and supply of essentials is always refilled, for this I would like to commend Mr. Altaf and Mr. Sonu for the dedication in their work. Food are also outstanding and the restaurant manager Ms. Jackie never fails to ask for our concern and always make sure that we are really satisfied in what they are serving. Also, the restaurant staff are very friendly and approachable specially Ms. Eva and Mr. Sudip. The hotel maintains guidelines in the midst of this pandemic and you will see that they are strictly complying to the rules which makes you worry less during your stay.

Travelled to Fujeirah this weekend (without a plan) It was midnight and search for a hotel to stay for 2 nights. during weekends hotels in the city (fujeirah) are fully booked and with high rates. As I drive i took a wrong road and ended up in this lovely hotel. I was assisted by Erwin (reception) with a smile and helpful attitude he has extended a very good weekend rates and added a free breakfast too. They sent us a fruit plate in our room and handed over by Karan (was not expecting). Breakfast was so good and had our dinner on a friday night.Though hotel was so busy, the team from the restaurant never stop on checking each and every table to ask if the guest needs anything (Thumbs UP). Staff from the housekeeping was so polite (i think his name is Shaheed), he tirelessly went back and forth to send us what wee need. A great hotel with the highest standard level of service. Special thanks to Katrina, who always wear a smile despite of busy operation. Well done and all the best to the management.Will definitely come back and will recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Been staying in this hotel for quite a while now, and I must say that the services provided by the hotel staff to the guests are consistently outstanding. I would like to mention a special credit to Sonu for always ensuring that my room is regularly sanitized and that all my concerns are being attended in a timely manner. Also, would like to mention Eva and Harman for being warm and accommodating to our needs in the restaurant. Not to forget Ikram and Raj who would never fail to make you feel welcome over the course of our stay here in the hotel. This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and would highly recommend to be a must try when you plan to stay in Fujairah.

The Hotel Rooms are nice and clean. House keeping is good. Good Mountain View from the room. Close to the City. Ms Grace from reservation department was very helpful in booking us a club room for 2 night stay dec 31st and Jan 1st.
We choose half board but dinner was very disappointing!! We went around 8pm ( new year eve expecting some good yummy dishes) ( restaurant closing time is only 10:30pm) but 90% of the dishes were wiped empty and tables are not prepared. Slowly they brought in very few dishes, which again made us upset. We chose this hotel because of its brand and hospitality and of course new year eve shouldn’t be so simple n unattended... I understand there was another new year party outdoor, but checked in guests shouldn’t be forgotten and ur staffs also unable to answer due to improper arrangements. Even next day dinner was disappointing, like previous dinner night most of the dishes were empty, the staffs are not taking responsibility to check which dishes are empty and to refill it too... even the basic starter soup was empty, we informed them and we waited for a long time and still nothing was refilled and we left disappointed. Dear Manager please do keep some responsible staff who take care of these too.
It’s better to choose bed and breakfast and dont opt for half or full board.

The hotel itself is a palace of good accommodation and got these feel at home atmosphere that is compatible with any race from different background. The rooms are clean and constant preparation done by the cleaning department around 9th floor is very generous and comforting.
Food served really do make your appetite craves for another buffet.
The Receiption dept got a couple of very nice people that doesnt make you feel awkward especially Ms. KATRINA. She always do her best to accomodate any guest even the slightest of needs. She's both pretty and charismatic in her own way. Role model to her peers, i wish that she could serve more for the years to come. A great staff you could have as a prominent establishment here in Fujairah UAE.
Food served really do make your appetite craves for another buffet.

In current difficult times it is not easy to make a choice of leaving your house. Since we have stayed at Royal M several times in last 3 years so we immediate decided to come back again.
Rafiq and team have looked after us so well. Even we have observed that they pay so much attention to detail when it comes to hygiene and sanitation.
Restaurant was busy at breakfast but staff was prompt in serving all, offering gloves with tables places at social distancing.
Housekeeping is excellent and I have also observed that they have upgraded the room control panel next to the bed. It is so convenient to operate lights while going to be in the night and device is faster.
Without mentioning we will return soon in couple of months.
Stay well Royal M and we strongly recommend.

Without a doubt one of the favorite hotels I've stayed in! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. They were extremely friendly, the restaurant offers great food and the staff deserves a special thanks, my room is properly sanitized on a regular basis and well maintained, thanks to MR. SONU who always makes sure that the atmosphere in my room is so special that it really felt like home to me.
Will definitely recommend to families and friends who are looking at spending vacation in Fujairah. I haven't left the hotel yet but I'm already looking forward to my next stay here. I am loving everything about Royal M Hotel from its location and accessibility, great ambiance, clean, relaxing and comfortable room, approachable staff and the world class service that they offer. We had a pleasant stay at your hotel and were very happy to be offered a free upgrade to a suite upon arrival. The lady receptionists were very smiley and accommodating! The hotel is well located in the city of Fujairah and is attached to a mall which is a major advantage! The suite was nicely decorated with very modern amenities for example touch pad remote controller for multiple room functions such as the lighting and AC. Bed very comfortable too (great size) and easy to control AC. The only negatives were stained carpets and slightly tired looking furniture. A Smart TV and satellite channels would be more appreciated by us and am sure other guests too. Our room cleaner, Durga Makesh was very helpful and kept us well stocked with bottles of water, coffee/tea sachets and a wide range of toiletries. He cleaned the suite very well too. The leisure facilities were of a good quality with the attractive looking jacuzzi, sauna, swimming pool and gym all nicely maintained.

I stayed at Royal M Fujairah at the end of 2019. I really liked the hotel. The ffood was excellent, especially deserts! My room was spacious and clean with all that I needed. I greatly enjoyed spa center over-viewing the city. Another bonus was a straight connection with the shopping mall that allowed me to go for walks after 9 p m without exiting the hotel. I also want to express special gratitude to Katherina (sorry, if I misspelled her name) who works at the reception desk. She was extremely helpful and efficient. It is people like her that make tourists want to come back again and again! The only thing that needs improvement is the transfer to the beach. Unfortunately, it was overly crowded and the hotel is too far from the see which makes it impossible to walk there. Well, thank you all again for a great stay! - Miriam K.

We booked two connecting rooms, the decore is nice, modern and the room is spacious.
Breakfast leaves to be desired however something I can really was impressed with is the cleanliness of the room. We left for breakfast at 0830 hrs and by 0930 hrs both rooms were ready and smelled fresh. Duega and his colleague were efficient and corteous.
