In Novotel fujairah we stay in weekends and we enjoy very well in weekend ( Sunday ) flavours restaurant at desk Ms. Jama assist very well to us. I walked into a quiet, clean, spacious, and well lit lobby. The guard who takes my temperature wasn't there to greet me or take my temperature. I am negative for COVID-19, so it's ok. I waited for a little while, then I was greeted, checked-in, and asked to wait for my keys and my room to be made ready. I do not know if I received an upgrade. But I missed my fruit platter with chocolate strawberries, and card. I hope I get it next time. My dinner was on the house because it was a little late. I was surprised and grateful Housekeeping did a very good job of making sure my room was cleaned and gave me the water I needed.

Excellent location , just when you enter Fujairah town and finding parking is a breeze in the basement of the premise. We loved it for the excellent room view on the 22nd floor thanks to Mr Shahi @ the Front desk for accommodating our needs to the last details. . An excellent view of the mountains and the fujairah aiport . The room was clean, cozy.
The crew followed the protocols very seriously , ever smiling and courteous !,
A special shout out to the morning breakfast crew , Mr Supun ,Mr Alekh, Mr Subu and the Smiling lady Ms Jama who attended us promptly at the breakfast buffet ,lots to choose from and the team was ever on hand ensuring our plates and dietary needs were taken care off.
The jovial attitude of the team made it a experience to remember . Worth every penny ! With the summers here in UAE , the swimming pool and the clear waters make it an interesting combo. They take recycling very seriously as well ! Good to see that minute attention to detail is taken care off in a well organised manner. Its a place well suited for family audience. WIll come back again for sure.!!

Quite a long stay at hotel while doing office work as a lock down team member. Quite happy about Novotel for as usual commitment of serving guest specially of room dine in menue variation, quality & timing. Complementary laundry and arranging good stock of regularly consumable staff at store room to avail as self service. I do appreciate good practice of maintaining hygiene. Quick check in and out arrangement.
But morning coffee teste was not upto the Novotel mark at all and being a regular Novotel gust it disappointed me and would appreciate not to provide 3 in 1 type very regular coffee at room please as definitely all will not like that with sugar.
Anyway overall it was safe and pleasant stay with nice view. Employer can think of Novotel if planning to deploy their staff on duty as of lock down duty concept.

It’s a great place to book if you are visiting Fujairah. The best reason it’s in the heart of the city. Mall, beaches, restaurants are 5-10 min drive away. The staff if quite polite and friendly. They have a huge pool and since we visited under COVID situation so let me mention that they do follow all the preventative measures like temperature check, sanitization, pad control at pool, bar and restaurants. You can book it with no second thoughts.

While stay at Novotel, i had a great experience. The flavors in the food is very good, it catches my cravings and satisfaction in the food. The staff in the restaurant is very active, attentive and polite, especially Miss shiela, service is excellent and friendly. Shout out also to Miss Jama, very hospitable to the guest and smiling always. Nice stay here at Novotel, the room was also great. Housekeeping guys always check on my room if i have needs like drinking water or trash to throw. Hoping for next amazing stay in thr future.

Had an amazing Stay thanks to Novotel Fujairah team for a great weekend. The room for super clean and the bed was so soft and luxurious. The F&B and The front office team were exceptional. Especially the F&B manager Mr Alek and duty manager Mr Shahid were so helpful and kind.
Very professional approach to Covid -19 with regular temperature check on entry as well as lots of hand sanitizing stations. Highly recommend hotel . Will soon plan to visit the hotel again.

Very pleasant stay at the Novotel and good recognition as an Accor Silver member, with a welcome drink voucher, fruit basket in room and late chcekout.
The lobby might be large and soulless but the rooms are comfortable with standard Novotel furnishings and walk in shower as well as bath-tub. there is an underground car park with lifts up to lobby and rooms which is convenient for your luggage as there is no valet parking.
Very nice, large rooftop swimming pool with great views over the city and the gym seemed large and well equipped. Breakfast was via room service and tasty and plentiful. The highlight of my stay was dinner at the Arjeela Resturant in the connected Ibis hotel, which was a real gem.
Having recently stayed at Nour Arjaan I preferred the Novotel. Recommended for either a business or leisure visit.

Overall a very pleasant stay with family. We had booked 3 rooms for 4 adults & 4 teenage kids. We were offered quick check-in at the reception by Kristine. The rooms were clean and tastefully done. Overall the lobby and corridors were clean with fragrant interiors.
Breakfast was nice with a good spread - very attentive Mustapha & Alekh catering to our requests.
Interconnecting rooms for family stay. Clean swimming pool On site underground parking available Beach is 10 mins drive. Malls also nearby.
Extreme value for money. Would definitely recommend to our friends and family.

1. Shuttle service we are not aware of, you will have to get in contact with the hotel for that since we are based in UAE and drove to the hotel.
The beach towels are provided free of cost.
2. There is a kettle and coffee sachets in the room. Also, the fridge is included but has cooling issues so check that before getting your room and yes there is two bottles of water in the room too.
3. Wifi is free in the room and around the hotel.
4. Even our package only included breakfast, but we were staying only for a day so it was appropriate for us. If you're staying for a couple of days, it can be upgraded by checking with the reception, all the staff are very helpful with your requests.
5. These details could also be checked with hotel since we had our own transport, so will not be able to give the best advice on it.
