Friendly staff checked me in very quickly through a smooth process. Room was average in size but very clean with good quality linens. But the towels in the bathroom was pretty old.
Nicely designed hotel separating lift lobby from rooms in order to avoid noise.
Full fledged health club in the top floor Separated for ladies and gents. Swimming pool is small; Steam and Jacuzzi were not operational.
Ample free parking space, around the hotel and other 2 parking floors.
A South Indian restaurant and a gents saloon in the ground floor and there are couple of discos in 1st and 2nd floor.

With very good value for money, it is a highly recommended place in Fujeirah.

I have been staying at this apartment hotel for the past 3 weeks and so far have stayed in 1905 & 1407. I will be here for another 3 to 4 weeks. The apartments have comfortable and clean bedrooms but the sofas were designed for "lego men" because the back and seat form a 90º angle. There are 2 x 2 seater sofas in the lounge. The kitchens are massive but do not have an oven, just a 4 ring hob and a small microwave. The washing machine does a good job, but the ironing board is flimsy and the supplied iron is non-steam and fairly useless. The floors throughout are marble tiled and overall the apartments are comfortable and the finish is typical provincial UAE.The 2 bathrooms are identical and adequate the hot water is scalding and light orange ,but the cold is cool enough to shower in and runs clear. The air conditioning is automatic per thermostatic control and more than adequate.
The coffee shop serves a variety of breakfast items from western to Indian to middle eastern depending on the day of the week, and there is always something to eat. The evening buffet also changes with the night of the week.
The RC pub serves nice cold Guinness at $10 a pint with all the pop corn and nuts you can eat free. There are 2 pool tables and so many tv sets you should find at least one sports channel to watch (they all have the volume off).
Next door to the pub is Manila Beats night club with live music. There are also a number fo other clubs on the 2nd floor, that provide an eclectic mix of entertainment.
There are separate men and women's health clubs on the top floor which consist of gym; sauna; pool; squash/badminton court. The health club is free. The pool is not very big and there is an oculus that allows sun shine in around midday.
There are also 2 levels of parking which is a tad tight for my Range Rover but it is a pleasure to get into a coolish car in the morning to drive to work.
The staff are 99% Indian all very happy and helpful.
Negatives are the windows are constantly dirty on the outside but that is something you live with in the UAE.

VERY VERY BAD customer service. I wasn’t told at check in time that there was a nightclub in the property where the music is played until 4AM. We stayed on the 5th floor and were unable to sleep. The check in clerk and manager admitted they should have made us aware at check in time that there is a nightclub where the sound travels yet they did nothing about our stay. When management was contacted at 2.30am we were told the noise would go down but it continued until 4AM. I was denied a refund by the manager and none of the guests could sleep until after 4am. Their solution was to offer a 1hr later checkout.
Would NEVER recommend this hotel.

I have to say that there are very few places that have real gems working in the. The RC sports bar has Chandini - my team and I are always welcomed with a warm welcoming smile and a joyous hello. Frankly it makes our day she is brilliant. We have just started living in Fujairah and this is one of our happy places because of her.

This "hotel" was provided by my company on a recent business trip. It is far and away the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in. Not a single day passed without some issue. Starting with the tiny car park, slow check in, lift doors that shut like a guillotine hardly giving people sufficient time to enter or leave, bland food, cheap breakfast cereals, desserts that seem to re-appear at every meal time, laundry that is either not collected on the day or not returned promptly, staff who appear more interested in collecting room numbers and signatures than providing a good service, management that appear to have been trained in the same antiquated manner as Captain Peacock in Are you being Served, English is not well understood by many, rooms not always cleaned, windows permanently covered in the restaurant (maybe it saves the cost of washing them), housekeeping and maintenance people woke me on two nights, (Who needs a light fixing or shampoo topped up at midnight?). Room key that failed to work on several occasions. One cent of my own money was never spent at this establishment, and never will be. I am recommending my company does not use this place again, I certainly will not be back.

I live and work in Fujairah and I'm currently staying in this hotel for a period of 3 weeks. I'm already a week in and have had to complain about the noise of the nightclubs four times, in particular the bass making the floor vibrate and i'm on the 15th floor! Despite my complaints there are "no other rooms available Sir" and "do you think you can adjust to the noise?" are the responses I get back. It's an absolute joke and the management are useless. I've never stayed in a hotel which has so many managers in suits everywhere you go. At breakfast there are a couple of Indian waiters and four 'suits' just hanging around doing nothing except tell the waiters what to do. The food is appalling as well.

The pool is a bath tub on the roof and every weekend you get Arab guys staying, picking up hookers from the hotel nightclubs and having it away.

Beware of this hotel if you intend on getting any sleep.
