Excellent hotel. Very clean and well ventilated rooms. There were a lot of utilities, they really thought of everything - slippers, all kinds of towels, hygiene, napkins, a string for drying clothes etc. Breakfast was very rich and varied - there was something for everyone. Good coffee and eggs. The WiFi was a bit unstable at times, but it didn't bother me much. Nice bar and outdoor pool. I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to anyone who plans to stay in the area.

Best tranquility and quietness with the best housekeeping services ever. Room service was always supportive and on top of it all no noise from the neighborhood yet the hotel is located in the city center. All the shopping malls and public transportation are with in reach of the hotel

Room 1311 , ask for this room if you can ! Why ? It offers you the best view of Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque and the adjoining Mountain and Far into the Sea where Ships await their turn to berth inland. Thanks to Mr Noushad the Front Office Manager who recommended us to see this room before we were to checkin to our pre booked room , we were left stunned with this Well Maintained 1 Bed Suite which was a very pleasant surprise( since its the holiday season ) and Mr Noushad and Ms Raven ensured that the checkin process was Smooth as possible for the rest of stay . We are regular visitors to Fujairah since past 10 years and this property never fails to impress us every time we visit this . A lot of new redevelopments have taken and transformed Fujairah city with wider roads and many new places to shop and explore .
Since its a Hotel Apartment Suite , you have all the amenties and facilities ( if you want to do the cooking yourself ) there is a induction stove inbuilt into the kitchen along with the other regular facilties ( tea , coffer, cofee maker etc ) . Cutlery is available on demand as per needs.
The bathroom was well stocked with all the necessary amenities, spick and span . If you are looking to come with a small family , do ask for this room , We are sure you will like it .
Dont worry about the parking , they have a dedicated parking Facility where you can just drive up the parking tower and self park .
Easily accesible across the street are Groceries and food facilities to your liking or just a few mins drive away if you want to seek more options. Overall a good value for money property ,

The stay supposed to be 2 separate rooms but the other room has a smoking room which we don’t like. We booked online via Fazaa originally but when we finally decided to use our Fazaa, they said it’s already discounted. I don’t think so, because it’s still expensive. 1,300 for a family room? Still without breakfast? I find it very expensive. They said Etihad discount doesn’t apply to the weekends as well. Anyway, parking is fine but two way. And the bed and pillow were comfortable. Also I smell a little iron in the water of the sink.

We are regular visitors of Nour Arjaan. The previous visit to the place was quite disappointing. Specially from the front desk and reception. Absolutely not hospitable in speaking and in helping in room related issues. Answer was a denial or a long delay of 30mnts,always. Whole night the next room had drilling work,carpet changing and bangs on the door(608) was so annoying that none of us could sleep. All in terrible!
The only sigh of relieve was Mr. Dhiraj Shukla at the Breakfast and his team that includes Mr. John and another very sweet lady(from Philippines). Highly caring and respectful. I did mention my issues during my stay to them and Mr. Dhiraj got it to Mr. Noushad's attention, immediately. We so appreciate his and Mr. Noushad's supportive assurance for the next time.
If in the hospitality industry we don't recieve hospitable environment, it becomes hard to trust the place again. The above mentioned people made us stay back that one day! Having said so, a coming back with such poor service from others makes us think if we should visit again .

Great experience all around. Excellent room, ambience, location and facilities. We were there from 10 July to 12 July for my 7 year old's birthday which was made even more special by the hotel's staff gesture of gifting a cake with birthday wishes. My daughter loved the birthday cake that was given. Special mention to hotel room service staff Ms. Sany, for her co-operation and excellent work. The hotel's location is excellent from where we can reach all landmarks in Fujairah and Khorfakkan, Kalba, etc. Easily. Without a doubt the best hotel experience for us so far. Spent ample amount of time in the excellent pool as well.

Everything was perfect in this high class hotel. In europe the hotel would cost cost at least 3 times as much. Big rooms, superfriendly staff. Great bar where we had our first alcoholic drinks in 3 weeks fir very reasonable prices. Nice barkeeper Aung. We did not use the breakfast as we don t like buffets but in the opposite mail there are places enough.

Receptionist Noor was gave a wonderful welcome and helped us to sort out confusion made by “Make my trip”. We stayed at the hotel for three nights but only had breakfast on two of those days, missing one. The breakfast was excellent. Most importantly, Mr. John treated the guests with politeness and care. He also prepared a few specific dishes from guests' countries of origin, which was a delightful surprise for everyone, including us.
We want to express our appreciation for Mr. John, who did all these activities and made guests feel more comfortable, like we were at home. Rooms are extremely good quality cleaning and all the staffs are very supportive and comfortable.

Yes,i think so, you can ask the hotel to arrange for you. Otherwise you can ride a taxi going to the bus station for Dubai. It is cheaper and economical. But again inquire to their reception. Staff hotel are very accommodating and they will be more than willing to assist you in that matter, for sure.

Yes, the Nour Arjaan Rotana has single as we'll as double apartments with contemporary-looking kitchenettes, swivel TV and comfy beds! On the roof it has a cosy swimming pool with a gym too.
I can say that all the apartments are very modern-looking, and you feel as if you are in an apartment, as you have a comfy couch, an adjoining chair with cushions and the coffee table - not just a hotel room! Everywhere is well lit with a phone in your suite! I hope that answers your question for that great hotel too! By the way the front staff are most gracious, polite and professional, and nothing is too much trouble if you need any last minute things! Christina.

Good question. I do not smoke myself, although I enjoyed a shisha at one of the restaurants in town.
I did not see a smoking area in the restaurant or lounge. They might have a space somewhere, in fact I will be surprised if they do not have a shisha lounge.
