Stayed here for a week in May and it couldn't have been more delightful. Our room was large with a lot of hanging and draw space. Fridge with water supplied daily plus a free safe which was a bonus. The breakfast was beautiful, so much so that it was nice going to bed knowing what awaits you in the morning. The position of the hotel is beautifully set on the river and only a short stroll to the centre with its lovely restaurants and bars. Last but not least...ALL the staff are so pleasant, helpful and hard working 'Thank you again'. We very much hope to return.

Stayed here in October 2021. What a fantastic boutique hotel. Our room was large and comfortable with a separate bedroom and bathroom. The room was very clean and serviced daily. The location is superb, set in a quiet back street, yet only about 10 minutes walk from the top of the main street. There are lots of restaurants en route to the top of the main street. The pool area is lovely with the breakfast room/bar overlooking the river and tombs. Berk and his wife are very attentive and nothing is a problem. we were even helped with the printing of our documents for our homeward journey. I can highly recommend the lovely Boutique Hotel.

Arp is more than just a hotel it's an experience to behold. The fantastic ambience and environment have been carefully curated by the owners and their plans to reinvest into the hotel for their sensory projects is very exciting. I've been coming to Dalyan for over 13 years and can say hands down that this is the best establishment in the entire region. The owners recommended incredible establishments for us to eat at and our entire stay was 10/10. The staff are incredibly friendly and the other guests / clientele of this establishment are also lovely. If you're going to Dalyan then be sure to check this place out, I'll be coming back for years to come!

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, spotlessly clean and very modern we loved it, directly on the river. Breakfast was served due to covid19, but all had to use tea urn, various different great choices throughout the days of our stay of unusual breakfast items, Amazing. The view and place were just second to none, boats could be taken right at the waters edge and daily turtle watching on the steps were a joy, keep your cheese they love it. We are beach people, but we would have loved to sit by the pool, but it was far too hot when we were there and no cushions on beds I think due to covid, I see in other people's pics there were previously... A good outside fan would be good as we tried to sit one day but there was a heatwave in Sept which was impossible to lie by the pool so it was beach days for us.. We honestly wished we could have laid by the pool in sun all day, think sun's away around 3pm where beds situated, most likely could be moved though Rooms are spotless and very modern, attic doubles are cool so don't be put of by taking one of these, they were very good and windows could be opened, lovely lovely people who have this place, his mother has the berg and took a trip up there two doors up, very gorgeous too. Would extremely reccomend. I asked for the room not to be cleaned during our stay due to covid19 aa waa very nervous and they were very accommodating, very good about this and could not do any better, very careful people. Lovely great girls at breakfast they did amazingly well. Definately return. Honestly try this gem you will not be disappointed, great wee cheap restaurant cafe find next door 15p for chai. 1.50 wine.

Just had a 3 night stay here in a superior double room.Spotlessly clean with a large shower room. The shower itself was some 1800x900 with a shower screen!! Quiet unusual in Turkey! Beautiful location , opposite the tombs ,on the river.Very quiet and only 200 MTS stroll to the start of the restaurant 'strip'. Excellent breakfast , which you can eat either in the glass fronted restaurant overlooking the river or on the riverside decking itself.A gem of a place.

I stayed 3 nights here. Berg is a wonderful host. A quietly assured yet friendly attitude. A great attention to deals that have been carried out or plans to carry out in future. The breakfast is a lovely array of typical Turkish breakfast items, tea, coffee, juice etc. This is served in the dining area, or outside area backing on to the river - a high light was turtles coming to join us as we ate! The rooms are comfortable, clean, well appointed & functional.. The pool area is pleasant & sun loungers plenty. Small patio area too, under shade & with furniture also. The hotel is located well - small store a minute away, local ferry close by, town centre & many restaurants etc are 5-10 minutes away. Quiet location yet very well served. Next time I visit, I would like longer here!

My wife and I spent 3 nights in this lovely hotel. The outside area is great, we watched turtles swim in the river from the comfort of the hotel dock. The hotel is clean and orderly. Breakfast is nice too. I felt the price was a little high for the size of the rooms, but maybe it's just Dalyan's inflated prices. Either way the place was wonderful.

We stayed for just one night as we wanted to explore Dalyan and I didn't want to drive back to our base at Oludeniz. What a great decision. Booked directly with the hotel...Berk was quick to respond to emails. We got a standard room. Spotlessly clean. Free water. A bit small if we were staying for longer but there are larger rooms in the hotel. The shower was good and the bed comfortable. Breakfast was ok.....bring your own tea bags is a good tip! Only instant coffee. But what a view!! Breakfast with the best view in Dalyan. We checked out but Berk insisted we could come back to the hotel after our boat trip and use the pool and the shower....and we got the 5pm tea and cake. Would love to return and stay longer

My first stay at ARP, certainly won’t be my last, small and friendly, the owner Berk is always on hand, very helpful and informative. The room was lovely, very modern and comfortable with a fridge, aircon, gorgeous bathroom, toiletries provided as well as slippers, felt quite luxurious. There was a good selection of items at breakfast, I am on a very restricted medical diet but there was plenty I could eat, and breakfast by the water with daily turtle companions, opposite the tombs is something very special indeed . I will return. Thank you xx

I don't write negative reviews - I don't need to. I like to write positive ones as they are the opportunity to thank the people who have looked after you! Our regular Turkish hotel had closed and we looked at all the reviews and decided that this was a good choice - and we weren't disappointed. We booked direct, the owner and his wife were more than happy to take our booking in advance and we were guaranteed a very good price for 2 weeks bed and breakfast. Our room was on the ground floor, tucked away around the back of the hotel where nobody wandered passed. It was the larger room with a sofa, fridge, tea and coffee facilities and 2 bottles of water left EVERY day after cleaning. Large walk in shower, clean towels EVERY day - add plenty of cupboard space, safe and A/C and you get the picture that i was happy with the room ! Breakfast is taken over looking the tombs, by the river, and each morning we were there we were joined by turtles - 4 on the last morning - Breakfast consists of a small selection of cereal, followed by a buffet of cheese, eggs, salad, olives, hams along with bread and pastries is more than enough for breakfast and you can eat as much as you like. If you like your own tea - remember to take your own tea-bags :o) The pool was quiet for most of the time because, as I mentioned, this is predominantly a Turkish hotel (B&B) they only stay for a few days and are out and about travelling. Tea and cake is served every day at 5pm - and you can sit and watch the boats come in from the beach and day trips. You can ask at reception for a water taxi to collect you from the jetty rather than walk into town - it will take 40 minutes - but hey! look at your vista - its worth the waiting! We loved it here - it was peaceful and hospitable - if you want something noisy then this isn't for you -- If you would like a good value holiday in a location close to down, with views you can't imagine then this IS the place to stay. Thank you to all at the Arp Hotel - Good Luck for September!! and we will be visiting again.
