We arrived mid afternoon and we have to say first impressions were not good. There was no reception to speak of and we were greeted outside by the waiter Jimmy. He had to translate to the none English speaking owner who we were and how long we were staying (no problem with that). He showed us to our room and... More

We spent two lovely weeks at this Hotel which is in a great location and only a couple of minutes walk into town. The rooms are well maintained and are looked after and cleaned by Gonul, the lovely cleaning lady who is deaf and dumb but can communicate really well with sign language, and is a ray of sunshine. The... More

I have just returned after 2 weeks at this hotel my third visit in 3 years. It is now managed by new owners and they are very diligent making sure that staff are attentive and breakfast is always plentiful. Sure it is faded and could do with a refurb however it is spotlessly clean, fresh white towels and bedding. Thanks... More

Its true that the Patio does have a few limitations but these are outweighed by the friendly helpful staff and the fantastic location. Just across the road from the river and a few minutes walk into town. The rooms are small but are looked after and cleaned every two days by Gonul the lovely cleaning lady who is deaf and... More

My Wife and I spent ten days at Patio hotel in June 2016. We arrived in the early hours of the morning and were warmly greeted and shown our room which was small, very basic but clean and comfortable. After a good nights sleep I went for a stroll to get some milk and couldn't believe what a beautiful area we... More

Clean and basic rooms.. Very friendly staff and great location to stroll into town, just a few negatives which did not spoil our stay that much but may be remembered in funny stories. We were woken up every morning at 5am by the noisest cockerels ever., then it was joined by a chorus of barking dogs. In fact after day... More

Not much space in room for clothes or personal effects. Aircon available at extortionate rates. Wifi poor. No pool cafe or bar. Only thing its close to Dalyan centre. I needed fridge... More

Patio hotel is great if you're on a tight budget. It's very comfortable, very basic accommodation is clean and comfortable. If you book BB your breakfast is fullyTurkish. Melon, cheese, hardboiled egg, olives, and bread/butter, with a choice of tea/coffee/squash, but lots of it and always fresh. Fancy AC in your room? £4 per day extra. Want to use the... More

We had booked to stay here in April. We arrived in the early hours of the morning so didn't see much of the hotel. When we got up and went to use the shower it was freezing cold and the water only trickled out. We thought we would just preserve but after having breakfast we had a little look round... More
