Our room was a reasonable size, 2 large twin beds put together, writing desk, mini bar and great view of old town walls. Modern bathroom but strangely the toilet had a window with clear glass so had drawn curtains as it could be seen from outside! The downside was that the toilet was always cold! In fact we arrived about...

Cuatro Postes Hotel is located outside the walls and the famed "cuatro postes" with the cross is directly across it. It has a good view of the walls if your room faces that direction; otherwise, you are looking at "blah"! This could be a good property if it takes care of its housekeeping. We were a group of 44 people...

We stayed here on the way to Seville. The hotel is modern and within easy walking distance to the centre of the old town. The staff are friendly and helpful. The views over the city are fantastic and once again an easy place to stay without negotiating small and narrow streets.

We stayed 2 nights. On checking in we had to refuse our first room because they gave us a twin instead of a double, even though it clearly states on our booking. On checking out there was hassles over our payment method and we were charged parking for a motorbike. All these 3 things are firsts for us out of...

The rooms are spacious and well priced. However, everything is very dated and needs updating. It was perfect for a one day visit of Avila and Segovia. The breakfast was good and included in the price. The best feature is the third floor patio. We purchased food at a supermarket and sat outside to enjoy the walls of Avila. This...

When we first checked in the room looked messy. There were hairs and dust bunnies on the floor and the normal amenities were missing. Spoke to the person at the desk and they sent a maid to remedy the problem. When she arrived we had to literally point out each of the problems. She only addressed the problems we showed...

Luxury hotel with large, clean and modernly designed room and bathroom. Our room no.305 offers a breathtaking view of Avila and its medieval walls, even better than the view from the nearby public mirador of Cuatro Postes. Breakfast is varied enough, and is served in a room with also a panoramic view over the old town. The nice welcoming front...

Tastefully décor in room, though quite compact. Interesting bathroom arrangement with open plan basin and separate glass doors into loo and shower. Shower head almost coming apart which didn't make for a great shower. Free Wifi. Dinner menu typical Spanish fare and was a little disappointing. Breakfast buffet was a disappointment - this hotel would be pretty good if the...
