Had a great time in Alaska! Lisa and Randy were very accommodating hosts, it was great to sit around the fire pit area and talk about the adventures of the day. Kenai Cabins are wonderfully located for day trips to Seward, Homer, The Kenai Wildlife Refuge or just hanging around Sterling, Soldotna, Kenai and the beautiful river there. There is plenty of access to fishing, hiking or just sightseeing (galore I might add). What a great area. You get it all. Mountains, rivers, the ocean with beaches, and wildlife! Watch out for Moose! You will more than likely come across one. The cabins are very comfortable. They even had movies for us to watch during rest periods. Close to all the amenities! We had a great stay here.

I was able to spend 10 wonderful days with two of my girl cousins in the lovely Bear Cabin at Kenai Wildlife Cabins, Sterling, AK. Randy and Lisa were wonderful hosts offering advice and suggestions as to where we could spend our time together. The area is so filled with nature and the cabins so relaxing. When the opportunity was right we enjoyed a wonderful meal cooked over the awesome fire pit! Bear Cabin sits in a small wooded area and we could hear the owls hooting on occasion in the morning. What a treat! The cabin is roomy and offers natural gas heat for the cool mornings and all appliances needed to cook meals together. Follow this great time spent together with the arrival of my fiance for another 11 day stay at the same Bear Cabin. It was another amazing time together exploring the lovely area of the Kenai Peninsula checking out the museums in the area and learning the history of this great peninsula. Randy and Lisa set up a great ocean charter fishing trip for us out of Homer and we had an amazing time. Too soon it was time to return home but the memories of this great area and the hospitality of the Kenai Wildlife Cabins will live on.

A second visit to this lovely area and the amazing Kenai Wildlife Cabins. Warm greeting from Lisa and Randy and welcoming cookies in Wolf Cabin when I arrived. Lisa gave me lots of ideas of what to see and where to go locally. Thanks to Randy and his Thunder Jet Drift boat enjoyed a day of fly fishing. What a great team to spend time with around the fire pit. I'll be back!

I could not have asked for more on my first trip to Alaska! From the campfires in the evening to the fresh baked cookies when we arrived, our trip to Kenai Wildlife Cabins was AMAZING! The cabins were clean and cozy, and only one mile from the Kenai River. Randy and Lisa were great hosts with a lot of suggestions of things to do and see. Randy was a great fishing guide, there isn't many that will teach you how to fish better than themselves! There is so many things to do within driving distance, we should have stayed another week.
