The hotel looks like a medieval inn, it has vintage furniture, the rooms and lobby are very nice decorated with antiques. You are inside the castle so a few steps from everything. The breakfast wasn't the best but we didn't really care much about it

If you want to stay in the heart of a walked medieval town you can't expect all the bells and whistles of a modern hotel. Class Wagner is perfectly positioned to explore. The rooms are very basic ( mind your head on the exposed beams) but clean and was nice to have a bath looking out over the rooftops. There... More

Nice hotel in the center of the upper town, ideal base to visit on foot. Some rooms simple, some rooms more medieval style. Rooms are in the rear and quiet. Very old house, you will have breakfast and dinner in a very historic environment. Friendly team and absolutely worth the money. Parking not directly by the hotel.

We stayed here 11 years ago, on our wedding night, and decided to come back this summer. Some things could have been, but probably have not been since we were here 11 years ago - like the bathooms, but that is not a big deal. Fake marble-tiles from 1999 is not awesome. However, what IS awesome is the location. Slap... More

Stayed one night in this hotel. Well situated in a square, where you can sit for food or a drink, ideal for the town. Based in room 10, on the third floor, good size room with effective fan (hot temperatures) and two small windows. Nice beams on the ceiling so watch your head. Bed very comfortable. Reception management seemed 'very... More

This is a nice hotel with an unbeatable location. The staff are friendly and the room is good, dark beams and very characterful. Room was a good price. The only thing that makes the hotel very good and not excellent is the breakfast service which is a little disorganised. The WiFi was frustratingly intermittent.

The hotel is situated in the centre of the upper town, which is the old town centre. The building - like all the others - has kept the look of the ancient times. But this is not only true of the exterior. Our room was a real surprise and getting there was an adventure. The room was upstairs and to... More

Situated perfectly in main central square with pleasant courtyard. Spacious room with rustic furnishings and large tv with English channels. Internal bathroom with stand free shower cubicle. Unfortunately no hairdryer. Breakfast buffet has a good choice and self service coffee/expresso machine is ok. Price is very good for what we got compared to other places we stayed on the trip.

Central hotel . Well position in world heritage site. Check in 2.00pm but room not ready by 7.00 pm. Then I ended up changing my sheets and dirty linen myself. Ate in very nice hotel restaurant. Food very ordinary. Nice but nothing out if the normal. Poor choice of food at breakfast. Hotel clean and sparsely furnished. No air conditioning.... More

Arriving with twelve other people after 2-30pm - we were 'lucky' that our room - 29 -had been cleaned and was ready - some of our party did not get into their rooms until after 7-00pm. No air-conditioning - and it was very hot - tiny sheets on the beds that barely covered the mattress - all bedding and towels... More
