We waited 1 1/2 hr for our main course - the first time we served the wrong dish (though there are only two dishes on the menu). The dish was tasty though The desserts were not nice. The banana split was sliced banana with whipped cream one almost melted scoop of vanila icecream and some red syrupy stuff. The pancake... More

One of the best places I stayed in! I booked a room for just one night, while returning from a business trip in Brasov. Everything was so lovely: the old style building, the traditional room, the wood furniture, the paintings, even the pillows and the bed sheets. The breakfast was great (all home made dishes), served in such a nice... More

Last year when i visited Sighisoara i came upon this lovely place where i spent some time in the attic having red wine, beer, great duck and some of the best of home made sweets i have ever tried. This year i got the chance to actually spend 2 nights in this lovely piece of heaven. The room was quite... More

Stayed 6 nights with my wife, it's right in the citadel, perfect place to explore the town and surrounds. Real care and attention has gone into the decor, if you didn't have a phone or other 21st century gadgets, you would feel like you were back in the 16th century. Great atmosphere, food very good, staff friendly and helpful. They... More

We've only had a very tasty homemade desert and a coffee, but the atmosphere there is what it counts most. Authentic vintage is probably the most appropriate word. We've felt like in our patio, calm and relaxed, but right under the walls of the old castle. Very nice and different.

Had an apple strudel there with coffee while my wife had the same thing with tea. While I have eaten better strudels this one wasn't bad either. Took a peek inside the menu, things were a bit more pricy then elsewhere. The place itself is nicely decorated. They have a cat : D

Don't be put off my the negative reviews. We stayed here and had a lovely time. It is what it is. It's quirky. If you want modern stay somewhere else, but for us as a family it was great. Easy booking, great and personal service. A very interesting and varied breakfast ( nice new TV ). The room was comfy... More

Centrally located within the Citadel this pension is beautifully decorated with quaint old style furniture. Our bedroom had a four poster and it was really comfortable. It was clean. The staff were not very chatty. The WiFi was hit and miss. Breakfast was reasonable, nothing special.

Wondeful location in the old city in a beautiful, traditional house. The decor and furniture are very beautiful and the staff is very helpful and polite. he only bad comment to make was that the wifi wasn't working properly in the rooms
